Announcing new features in Trident for Windows (v.1.9.2.0)

Hello Community,

Trident for Windows introduces exciting new features aimed at optimizing your email experience, with updates designed to elevate your day-to-day communication and productivity. Let's take a quick look at them.

Configure undo send interval

You can now retract an email you've sent by canceling the sending process within a brief window of time (5 to 30 seconds) with the help of Undo Interval. This feature offers a valuable safety net and gives you the opportunity to make necessary corrections before the email reaches its recipients.

Configure outbox delay

Going one step further, along with the recalling sent emails and undo send interval features, you can also configure an outbox delay for your emails. This setting allows you to specify a time interval during which your email remains in your Outbox folder before being sent, giving you the chance to correct any mistakes you spot before the email reaches its recipients.

Mark email as read setting

You can now customise how emails are marked as read. You can choose to have them marked as read when you open the email, after a specified set of seconds, when the email selection changes, or manually mark an email as read at your convenience.

View email attachments the way you like

Previously, email attachments were displayed based on the preferences set in the Zoho Mail web app. With this app update, you can set your viewing preference in Trident's Mail settings to view the attachments either at the top or bottom.

CRM widget

We’re introducing yet another addition to Trident's lineup of widgets: the CRM widget. With this integration, managing leads or contacts has never been easier. You can create tasks, notes, deals, and schedule meetings or calls with your leads and contacts—all within Trident.

When you click on an email, the CRM widget links the email address with its corresponding CRM data. If the email address isn't in your CRM database, you have the option to create it as a lead or contact. And if they're already part of your database, their information will be displayed for quick access and reference.
