Announcing new features in Trident for Windows (v.1.20.4.0)

Trident for Windows is here with some new features to elevate your work experience. Let's take a quick look at what's new.

Export emails.
You can now export emails in the .eml file format as compressed zipped files to create a secure backup for easy offline access.


Built-in spell checker.
You can now catch typos and spelling mistakes as you compose emails with the built-in spell checker in the Mail Composer.


Sort tasks by date, time, and more.
In addition to the task viewing preferences, you can now organize your tasks by sorting them based on various criteria such as due date, creation time, or last modified time.


Actionable calendar notifications.
Calendar notifications can now be accessed directly from the in-app notification center, allowing you to view and act on them instantly.


To leverage these new features in Trident, update the app to the latest version by following the steps below:
  1. Click the Main Menu icon on the top-left corner of the app.
  2. Select Check for Updates from the menu list.


If you haven't already downloaded the app, you can download it here. Trident is available for free for all paid and trial users of Zoho Mail, Zoho Workplace, and Zoho One (using Zoho Mail).

To submit your feedback directly through the app, follow the steps below:
  1. Click the Main Menu icon on the top-left corner of the app.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. In the feedback window, enter the necessary details under Subject and Feedback Content.
  4. Once you're ready, click Submit.
