Customized folder permissions in web Zoho WorkDrive won't apply to Sync
Hi,
within the 'Deals' macro-folder I created a folder for each Sales person (att. 1). Within each Sales person's folder a subfolder is automatically generated via function every time a new deal record is created in Zoho CRM, i.e. 1 deal record = 1 deal subfolder (att. 2).
I did successfully manage to customize folder permissions (att. 3) so that each Sales person may access:
* their own folder and the deal subfolders within only
* folders that were shared with them by other users ("Shared with me" folder)
Thing is, while those settings do apply to web Zoho WorkDrive (att. 4), they don't in Zoho WorkDrive Sync (att. 5). In Sync each Sales user may view other users' folders and, in quite a lot of cases, the deal subfolders within.
Is there any setting that needs to be changed in Sync in order for the same permissions to apply? Or is this a bug that needs to be fixed from your side?
