Email hook is triggered twice for a single email

I have a problem with Zoho Flow. Started yesterday. Every incoming email is processed twice by the same flow, but there is only one entry in the history.
On the dashboard I can see that the flow was executed 6 times (3 emails received) and I have 3 entries in the history.
I could confirm that the flow is processed separately as one of the AI actions leaves a log at OpenAi.
I need help resolving this issue.
