Feature Requests - Contact Coloured Picklist Visibility & Field Visibility During Ticket Creation

Hi Desk Team,

I have 2 feature requests for you.

Since Coloured Picklists are now available in Desk, It would be great if the colours were visible on the Related Details (Contact Information) when creating a ticket. In the screenshot below, I have 2 fields which are coloured picklists and it would help agents if the colours were visible.

The second feature request is to have the option to hide some fields during ticket creation. Here we have a 3 Strike Rule field and this is only relevant after ticket creation. Please consider adding an option on the field layout settings to hide a field on the ticket creation form.
