Gain user-based AI insights with Sheet View

Zoho Sprints is AI-ready when it comes to analyzing your organization’s users. We can process the user data available in your Zoho Sprints workspace and provide you with real-time insights, helping you understand user contribution, efficiency, and other custom field-based learnings.
 
Zia, Zoho’s AI assistant, is readily available in the Sheet View of Workspace Users in Zoho Sprints. To access this, navigate to Setup, select Workspace Users under Manage Users, and choose Sheet View at the top dropdown.
 
A collective view of all your workspace users is listed in a sheet format here. You can navigate the sheet using the keyboard, edit allowed values, and also auto fill cells with the drag option. Click the expanded view to access the sheet menu and tool bar. Zia is available at the right panel here.

Here’s a sample business case on how an IT organization can use Zia in Zoho Sprints to gain AI generated insights.
 
Zylker Inc, uses a custom user layout to collect user details like employee ID, geographic location, skill sets, and reporting manager. Read our previous forum to know more about customizing user layouts. Here's the set of learnings they generate using AI.
 

Case 1: Monitor users based on geo location

Zia's AI provides a graphical view of the distribution of users across different locations working for your organization. To fetch this insight, select all the fields in the Geo Location column and click Zia. This helps you understand the user base, assess remote work options, plan user-based events, and so on.


 

Case 2: Identify skill set disposition   

Identifying the distribution of user skill sets in your organization helps you utilize your resources better and identify skill crunch. This can be helpful when you are optimizing employee hiring under various streams. To view this insight, select all the fields under the Skill Sets column and click Zia.


 

Case 3: Analyze users in different profiles and roles

Track the number of users in different profiles or roles in your organization and derive understanding on the composition of users, displayed as segments in a pie chart. This helps you understand the diversification of your users and analyze the ratio of users in different roles and profiles. To view this in Zia, select all the fields under roles or profiles and click Zia.
