Missing Files

Hello,

It seems that files are being uploaded to the server from my desktop just fine but not downloaded to my laptop for sync.

The folders are being created but the files are missing.

So when I am looking for a file on my laptop it is not there, or it is the older version. 

To fix the issue I download the files from the server to my laptop but then they get uploaded back to the server and now there are double files, but the server doesn't recognize that these are the same files.
