Not Seeing Page Borders

So, I'm a writer. I have autism and ADHD, and part of my process is making sure the environment is 'correct' for my writing. Most of the time, this means black 12 point Times New Roman on a white background, sometimes with a fancy header/title text. Sometimes, however, I need a little... more for the space I'm writing in. Zoho docs has the perfect way to fix that up with page borders and the ability to just slot an image at the top or even change the background colors.

However, I opened up a new document and started to fiddle with borders, only to find that... they weren't showing up? Two of them did, but the rest of the borders just showed whatever I last selected. I fiddled around with themes, trying different themes in case that was the problem, and then I created a new document. Nothing. I also checked some previous documents, and I changed the border on one of them and now cannot return it to the original border.

Is there a way I can fix this? Has anyone else experienced the bug? This isn't the end of the world, as borders tend to be for personal projects or gifts for friends, but it is bothersome. Thank you for your time.
