Proxy is LOST everytime Zoho Assist starts

This is 3rd issue I have with Zoho Assist, 
Proxy settings are NOT saved, everytime Zoho Assist starts the proxy server is blanked out AGAIN....

Why is this program failing to save Proxy settings or is this by design?
