In Focus Radar's Community Dashboard— A must-have tool for every community manager
The community dashboard in Radar comprises a number of useful KPIs and charts that can help with fostering engagement in your user community. The insights and handiness of Radar's community dashboard make it a must-have tool for community managers.
To understand the benefits of the community dashboard, let's see how a manager named Zachery uses it for community nurturing.
Monitor user engagement
To check user engagement levels, Zachery continually monitors the number of topics and comments posted in his community using the overview component and activity trend graph. When he feels that participation is declining, he makes a captivating post to stimulate interest.
Keep tabs on unique user participation
When the activity is on the rise, he can tell whether it's because of the same users posting more topics and comments or a growing number of unique users from the unique user trend graph.
Identify popular topics
Under Topic Traffic by Type, Zachery can check which type of post (idea, question, problem, or discussion) has the most traction. This visibility allows him to keep an eye on his community's activity and drive sustained engagement.
Drill deeper into a topic type
If Zachery wants to see the activity trend, unique user participation, responsiveness for each topic type separately, or track the number of posts created under a specific topic type organized by their statuses, he can do this using the Stats by Topic Type component.
Like Zachery, you too can use Radar's community dashboard to promote engagement and unlock your user community's full potential.
