  • The Zoho Marketplace November Roundup

  • Zobot Chat Handling Update

    • If a Zobot forwards a chat to an operator and it goes unanswered, it will now terminate the chat.  In the past the chat was stuck in limbo until the customer terminated the connection.

  • Backstage Updates For November

  • Zoho Form's Now Allows for Co-Editors

    • This update has been a long time coming and is a really nice enhancement.  There are still some limitations, but this is a good start.A co-editor can:

    • Access and submit

    • Builder (except Payment and CRM fields)

    • Rules

    • Themes (except Saved Themes)

    • Settings (except Document Merge and Manage Form Attachments)

    • Share forms

    • All Entries (can view only their entries under My Entries)

    • They will not have any access to your form's integration settings and approval workflows.

  • Zoho WorkDrive Updates

    • Device management and app permissions and been added and updated.  You can read about all the changes here.

  • Zoho Recruit December Discounts & Updates

    • Zoho is offering a flat 30% off on all annual Zoho Recruit plans, starting from December 1, 2020.  This applies to new and existing plans.

    • A few small updates and integration with SEEK - Australia's Number 1 Job Board.

  • Zoho Books Reporting Enhancements

    • Three new updates in Zoho Books around reports and reports permissions.

  • Zoho Subscriptions Update - Chat & A New Payment Gateway

    • You can now connect Zoho Subscriptions with Zoho SalesIQ to offer chat support to your customers when they visit the Subscriptions Customer Portal.

    • Additionally, the payment gateway PayTabs, is now available globally.

  • Cost per Lead and Customer Acquisition Cost Reporting via Zoho Analytics

    • Lead/Deal data synced into workspace from Zoho CRM

    • Spending/expense data synced into workspace via QuickBooks Online

    • Expenses filtered to only include expenses from specific general ledger accounts

    • Aggregate reports created to report on Cost per Lead generated (CPL), Cost per Deal won (CAC)
