Zobot Chat Handling Update
If a Zobot forwards a chat to an operator and it goes unanswered, it will now terminate the chat. In the past the chat was stuck in limbo until the customer terminated the connection.
Backstage Updates For November
A Rich Text Editor has been added for Sites and Emails, as well 4 other updates in November.
Zoho Form's Now Allows for Co-Editors
This update has been a long time coming and is a really nice enhancement. There are still some limitations, but this is a good start.A co-editor can:
Access and submit
Builder (except Payment and CRM fields)
Rules
Themes (except Saved Themes)
Settings (except Document Merge and Manage Form Attachments)
Share forms
All Entries (can view only their entries under My Entries)
They will not have any access to your form's integration settings and approval workflows.
