Bienvenidos a un nuevo capítulo de la serie de Tips and Tricks en español. Esta semana te traigo una característica muy práctica para aquellos usuarios que usan Zoho CRM en campo y que realizan visitas de forma habitual. Sí, hablamos de los comerciales y representantes que suelen encontrarse fuera de la oficina pero que aun así pueden conectarse con su empresa desde cualquier lugar gracias a la aplicación de Zoho CRM para móviles. Hoy, vamos a hacerles el registro de las visitas más fácil.

Tip #4: Usa el check-in de Zoho CRM app para geo-localizar las visitas de cliente de forma instantánea.
La situación habitual de un agente comercial cuando termina una visita es la de seguir estos pasos rutinarios:
  1. Llamar a la dirección de ventas e informarle de que la visita ha terminado.
  2. Crear o actualizar el evento/visita en Zoho CRM y asociarlo con el posible cliente o cliente.
  3. Llevar la cuenta de las visitas que ha realizado en el pasado para informar a tu superior.
Para el agente comercial que está en constante movimiento y visitando varios clientes al día, esta rutina puede ser desalentadora. Desde Zoho, te traemos la característica de geo-localización para rescatarlo de un proceso tedioso.



¿Acabas de realizar una visita a tu cliente o prospecto? ¡Perfecto! Ahora sólo necesitas tu móvil, la aplicación de Zoho CRM y quedarte donde estás - sí, ¡la aplicación necesita tu ubicación! Estos son los pasos a seguir:
  1. En Zoho CRM, accede a la ficha de contacto o posible cliente de la persona a la que acabas de visitar.
  2. El evento se creará de manera automática en forma de nota y podrás añadir comentarios a la misma. Quedarán registrados el contacto o posible cliente, y la ubicación desde donde has realizado la geo-localización.

Zoho CRM también te permite elegir un evento ya existente para geo-localizar, de manera que puedes "cerrar" estos eventos in situ. Al elegir esta opción, tu superior del departamento comercial sabrá que has finalizado la visita. Con ello, los informes sacados también contarán con la ubicación de las visitas, qué agente ha realizado cada una, y más datos desde los que crear filtros.
