Tip of the week #31: Share your personal calendars within organization.
Keep your Organization members aware of what's happening. In
Zoho Calendar, you can share your personal calendar with all the members in your organization using the Share with org option.
When you enable org sharing for a particular personal calendar, the shared personal calendar will be available for your org members. The members can subscribe to this calendar and it will be added to their list.
To share a personal calendar, edit a calendar from
My Calendars section. Check the
Share this calendar to your Organization check-box under the
Organization Permission section in the edit calendar tab.
