Keep personal emails out of team view.

Shared inboxes are great for teamwork—they let everyone stay on the same page, respond faster, and avoid duplicate replies. But not every message needs to be shared with the entire team.

Personal inbox is your private workspace where you can configure and connect your individual account with your account in Zoho TeamInbox. With Personal Inbox, you can manage both your individual and shared emails from one easy-to-use interface—complete with all the familiar inbox features for sending and receiving emails.
To create a Personal Inbox in Zoho TeamInbox 
  1. Login to Zoho TeamInbox.
  2. Click the Plus icon in the top right corner of the left pane.
  3. Select Create Inbox and choose 'Personal' to create a personal Inbox.
  4. Provide a name for identification along with a description. Click Next.
  5.  You can enable the option to Add 'Channel' for your Inbox or add channel later in personal inbox settings
  6. Enter the necessary details to create the channel.  
  7. Click Create Inbox.

Your inbox will be created and will be listed in the left navigation menu under personal inboxes. Your shared emails will appear under the Teams you're part of, while your personal emails will be listed under your Personal Inbox in Zoho TeamInbox. You can send and reply to personal emails directly from within TeamInbox—no switching apps.
