Tip #30: Manage all shared items in a Team Folder

For today's tip, we'll show you how to effectively manage all the shared items in a team folder from one place.



It is imperative for any business to send files to collaborators or clients, while still retaining control over shared items to prevent data loss and information breaches. WorkDrive offers its users the ability to easily and securely share data with anyone.

It also helps users manage all shared items in a Team Folder in one place. As a Team Folder Admin or Organizer, you can now view a list of all shared files in a Team Folder and track who they're shared with, whether they're shared externally or internally, and more. You can also update or remove share permissions if required.

To manage the shared items in a Team Folder, select a Team Folder, click Manage next to the Team Folder's name at the top of your screen, and choose Shared Items from the drop-down menu.



From here, you'll be able to find and manage the list of all shared items in your chosen Team Folder. Depending on your needs, you can also apply filters (such as share type, location, and file type) to find a specific shared item.
