Unlocking a shared spreadsheet

I was just testing out the shared spreadsheet feature (one of the things we are most excited about!), and am uncertain how to unlock a spreadsheet after I'm done editing it.

For instance:

* my husband & I are both logged in to Zoho Sheet.
* I have given him read/write access to one of my sheets, which he is currently editing.
* He saves the sheet, and then selects another sheet to edit.
* At this point, I expect to be able to select our shared sheet, and edit it myself. Instead, I receive a message informing me that my husband is currently editing the sheet, and that I will be given read-only access to it.

Is there a time-out period on the lock, which we need to wait out, or some other step involved in releasing the sheet for another user?
