Identifying and avoiding fake support:
Just like using popular bank names and financial applications for phishing purposes, using Zoho and claiming to be providing Zoho Support or services with false numbers and fake pages is also on the rise.  We have noticed that there are a lot of random sites, social media pages, videos claiming to be Zoho Support and solving problems. The numbers and pages are fake and not related to Zoho. They may misuse or steal personal or important information from you. We do take necessary actions by reporting them to the appropriate authorities, but we thought of sharing a word of caution with you all. 

We request you to not be misled by these third party sites claiming to be Zoho Support/ Service. These are unauthorized pages/ videos and have wrong information. We have not outsourced customer support to any third parties. Hence to keep your account secure, reach out to Zoho official support people through the official channels mentioned below.
