Why do is there a Related tab on the mobile app for Tasks?

Why do is there a Related tab on the mobile app for Tasks?

I don't understand why a Related tab is shown under Tasks on the mobile app, since i don't see how Notes or Attachments can be added to a Task.
I must be missing something so hoping someone can explain.
