Zoho Books/Square integration, using 2 Square 'locations' with new Books 'locations'?

I saw some old threads about this but wasn't sure if there were any updates. Is there a way to integrate the Square locations feature with the Books locations feature? As in, transactions from separate Books locations go to separate Square locations and therefore separate bank accounts? We have two separate branches of our business that we are managing through the locations feature in Books, but I can't figure out if there is a way to manage the payment processor, because it currently is processing all of our transactions through our first location, which our accountants do not like. I would also be open to workarounds or integrations like Zapier to do this if need be! Thanks for any help!
