Zoho CRM Plain Text Template: Line Breaks and Formatting Issue
Hello,
I'm following the instructions to create email templates in Zoho CRM, but I'm having a problem with the plain text version.
I successfully created an HTML template, but when it's converted to plain text, the line breaks disappear and all the text runs together. Since some of our clients can't view HTML emails, I need to find a way to create plain text templates that maintain proper formatting.
I've tried creating a plain text template from scratch, but I'm encountering the same issue. Is there a way to make a plain text template with correct line breaks? If so, could you please tell me how?
