I hope you are doing well. I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the Zoho ecosystem and how it has positively impacted my business. Since I started using Zoho Books in 2019, I have found it incredibly efficient in managing my operations. Over time, I expanded my usage to include Zoho Inventory and Zakya, and the seamless integration of these products has been a great advantage.

One of the things I admired most when I initially joined Zoho was the proactive support team. Back in 2019, I found that they not only responded promptly to queries but also took user feedback seriously, often working on suggested improvements in the backend. However, lately, I have noticed a shift in how feedback is handled. While the response time remains quick, the approach feels more blunt, and I no longer see the same level of engagement in implementing suggestions.

Additionally, I recently reached out to the Zakya POS team regarding its user interface, mentioning that it felt more complicated compared to Odoo. They assured me that a newer version was in the works, but upon receiving the update, I found that the changes were mostly cosmetic, with no real improvements in usability. I believe enhancing the user experience should be a priority, especially for a product competing with well-established alternatives.

Another suggestion I would like to put forward is the inclusion of cheque printing as an add-on feature across all Zoho plans. This would be incredibly beneficial for businesses that rely on paper-based transactions and could add significant value to the platform.

I truly appreciate the innovation that Zoho brings to the industry, and I hope my feedback is taken constructively to further enhance the experience for users like me. Looking forward to your thoughts and hoping to see continued improvements in the Zoho ecosystem
