You should demonstrate a significant improvement in customer service or customer satisfaction directly related to your use of Zoho product(s). Please support your nomination with metrics, customer testimonials, survey results, NPS, ticket resolution times or similar where possible.
 
🏆 Digital Champion: This award will commend a business that has undergone a strong digital transformation using Zoho products. We want to hear stories of spreadsheets and paperwork being banished, and tales of digitisation journeys that have overhauled operations. If your business has experienced a digital makeover, our judges want to hear about it. We're looking for evidence of integration, automation, collaboration, and connectivity - all the factors that combine in an impressive digital transformation.
