I think who ever designed this software has never had to schedule site service appointments. Great software but by now i thought we would have better events/ calendar scheduling system. You could start of by colour coding. then perhaps a footer on the participant email so that the customer has some idea where we are and our contact details. Zoho Calendar API
I would like to be able to add/edit events in Zoho Calendar directly from a Zoho Creator application. Is there an API on the way soon? At the moment, all I can do is add an iCal feed to Zoho Calendar and embed a calendar view. The main problem with this approach is that when an appointment event is added or edited in the app, Zoho Calendar does not automatically and immediately re-fetch the iCal feed to display the change. Printing between times of the day
I would like to be able to print a calendar for a given time period, say 9am-6pm when you are at work? Quite surprised Google Calendar doesnt do this either. I suspect ZOHO are being lazy and waiting for another calendar integrator to do it. Anyone know of a calendar APP that zoho links to that can print between times of the day.

We have about 60 users in our organization and are increasing members rapidly. When we onboard a new person, it is quite a task to get them to share their calendar with the organization and also vice-versa. Support for CalDAV MKCALENDAR / DAV MKCOL Verbs.
Hello! I am developing a calendaring application that interfaces with CalDAV servers. One of the requirements is to be able to programmatically create a new calendar within the user's area where their calendar resides. On other CalDAV implementations I can do this with a MKCALENDAR or MKCOL Method. When I try this on Zoho however, I get an HTTP 501 Not Implemented response. Is there any way to programmatically create a new Zoho user calendar (with or without CalDAV) via a web method? Thanks, Mark

I've been playing with the plugin for outlook and have to say, it's just insufficient. We were hoping for a calendar tool that works in real-time with outlook. Unfortunately the way the plugin works now is barely sufficient to know what people are up to 30 minutes after they schedule . We have 4 users and want each user to have their own color on the calendar. Currently all events/calls regardless of who the owner of the activity is are showing up as one color. How can we give each user their own color on the calendar?

Hey guys, When I decide to participate in a Zoho webinar, you guys give me the opportunity to save the event in any given calendar I want to (e.g. google, outlook. iCal) but not in your very own zoho calendar! How to Change the Font Size/Title
Hi, I created a calendar and embedded it onto a website; however I would like to change the font size and the title of the template. I am using template #7, "Upcoming Events" and when it is embed onto the website, the font displays too small for my preference. Is there any way to make this font larger? I would also like to change the title of the template that shows as "Upcoming Training Events".
Printing calendar - exclude 'out of work' hours
In the calendar setup we can select our 'work hours' which are displayed on screen. However, when a calendar is printed this information is ignored, and the hours are printed from 12am - which creates a lot of wasted space which could otherwise be used for spacing out the valuable hours. Could you please have a 'print hours' setting as well, or otherwise simply print out the 'work hours'

Calendar Event Status
I often mis appointments because the client does not show, or I get delayed and reschedule... I need the ability to look back and see what actually occurred. In my previous CRM, we has a status of the event, similar to the Task. Therefore it was visible on the calendar and I can track the status quickly. I would like the ability to have status or tags on events. Anyone else handle this another way?

Zoho Calendar via CalDAV in Windows Calendar
The correct server URL to use in Windows Calendar (WinCal.exe) seems to be https://calendar.zoho.com/caldav/ [calendar-id]/events/ The trailing slash is important. You'll get a 404 error without it. https://calendar.zoho.com/caldav/ will get you to the same point. https://calendar.zoho.com/ will get you an error about the iCal file format (RFC2445) However, with the /caldav/ URLs, the login request is denied. I don't know why this is but I thought that there should be a post about it at least somewhere

Account names on hovering over an event in the calendar
I create multiple events for the same day and time, one for each account. I don't want to put the account name in the subject of the event. We used to be able to see the account names on hovering over the event in the calendar, but that no longer happens. Are you considering re-instating that feature?

Zoho Docs and Zoho Campaigns have been well worth the investment so far. I'm looking into replacing our existing website calendar with Zoho Calendars. The Request for Appointment process would be very useful for our members to submit calendar entries for approval. However, it is missing a lot of detail which removes it as an option for now.
