Campaigns Down: No Campaigns Being Sent or Created

Amending Bounced Email Contacts so they Become Active
I have a few bounced emails that I can amend by correcting or adding the new email - how is this best done so they can become active again? I sync with Zoho CRM so if I change in CRM, will this be reflected in Campaign contacts? Just need a way to amend bounced contacts in Campigns with correct info and re activate them? Thanks

Zoho Campaigns Email Templates - Word Wrap Around Images?
I'm considering moving our email marketing from Constant Contact to Zoho Campaigns. The person who manages this has set up a bunch of templates in CC that would need to be re-created in Zoho. As I was experimenting with the template design features in Zoho Campaigns I was unable to find a way to do word-wrap around images - text is either above or below images but doesn't flow around images. Am I missing how to do this or is this a feature limitation in Zoho?
