Announcing new features in Trident for Windows (v.1.27.4.0)

Hello Community,
Trident for Windows is here with exciting new features to elevate your communication and enhance productivity. Let’s dive into what’s new!

Smart Sign-in.
You can now sign in to Trident with Smart Sign-in. With this new addition, you can bypass typing your email address and password each time. Simply scan a QR code using the OneAuth app, and you'll be logged in directly.

Filter tasks to find what you need faster.
In addition to sorting tasks, you can now filter tasks based on various criteria like assignee, status, priority, or even custom fields. These filter options change dynamically depending on whether you're viewing personal or group tasks and your current task view.

Increase font size
You can now increase the font size by up to 4 points in Trident. This makes content easier to read and more customizable to your needs.

In addition to these new features, you will now be notified when someone reacts to your messages so that you can respond to them instantly. Learn more.

To leverage these new features in Trident, update the app to the latest version by following the steps below:
  1. Click the Main Menu icon on the top-left corner of the app.
  2. Select Check for Updates from the menu list.

If you haven't already downloaded the app, you can download it here. Trident is available for free for all paid and trial users of Zoho Mail, Zoho Workplace, and Zoho One (using Zoho Mail).

Give these features a spin and let us know your experience, as well as any suggestions, by submitting feedback right within the app. You can also reach us at trident@zohosupport.com.
