Enhancements in Bigin

Hello everyone,

We have released a bunch of enhancements this month. Here is a small introduction to each of them.

Increase in maximum record count for Express edition

The maximum number of records that can be added to the Express edition has been increased from 25,000 to 50,000. This limit is also applicable for the Zoho One users.

Integration with Zoho Meeting

Bigin can now be integrated with Zoho Meeting. You can conduct virtual meetings with your contacts from the Events module. With the current need to work remotely, this integration can be a big boost to schedule a virtual meeting with your contacts.

Integration with Zoho Campaigns

Bigin can be integrated with Zoho Campaigns and the contacts can be synced between the two platforms. You can send out campaigns to your contacts from Zoho Campaigns and view the campaigns associated to a contact in the Contact's details page in Bigin.

Bigin add-on for Gmail

The Bigin add-on integrates your Gmail account with Bigin. It will be available on the sidebar of your Gmail account and lets you do the following:

View contact's information inside Gmail
You can view an an existing contact's information inside Gmail.
Add new contacts from Gmail
You can add interested prospects as contacts from the Gmail account. A popup will show that the contact is new and prompt you to add to the list of contacts in Bigin.

Integration with PhoneBridge

Earlier, the inbuilt telephony tool allowed you to communicate with the contacts from Bigin. Now, as an alternative, you can integrate Bigin with a PBX Vendor of your choice from the PhoneBridge marketplace.

Capture contacts using the Card Scanner app

The card scanner app can be integrated with Bigin, using which you can scan a business card and upload the information as a new contact in Bigin. The card scanner app is available in iOS and Android.
