¡Hola, miembros y lectores de Español Zoho Community!

A las puertas de agosto, es tiempo de actividad para algunos, y tiempo de descanso para otros. Pero antes de sumergirnos en este nuevo mes, y como ya es tradición, vamos a hacer un repaso de lo que ha sucedido en nuestra comunidad en este Digest. Este ha sido el mes de julio de 2020 en Español Zoho Community:

En el apartado de Eventos, este mes hemos podido disfrutar de un webinar muy interesante para los usuarios de CRM en español: Nuevas funciones de Zoho CRM, 2020, con el motivo de la presentación de las mejoras y nuevas funcionalidades de nuestro CRM. Las plazas quedaron agotadas, pero el contenido quedó grabado, por lo que si quieres ver (o revivir) el webinar, sólo tienes que verlo en nuestro canal de YouTube.

En el subforo de Zoho One hemos presentado 5 nuevos consejos y trucos para Zoho Projects: hemos visto cómo crear vistas personalizadas de las tareas de proyectos; cómo activar o editar los recordatorios de actividad por correo electrónico; y hemos descubierto la vista de diagrama de Gantt y cómo te puede ayudar en la gestión de proyectos. Además, hemos hablado de cómo añadir relaciones de dependencia entre tareas, y de cómo personalizar los estados de tareas para que se adecuen mejor a tus procesos  de trabajo.

En general, se han resuelto algunas preguntas sobre integraciones de aplicaciones Zoho, y también nos habéis notificado algún error en nuestras apps. ¡Gracias por ayudarnos a mejorar!

Por último, me gustaría desearos un buen mes de agosto - deciros que los Tips and Tricks llegarán pronto (tal vez también para Zoho Campaigns). Recordad que siempre podéis hacer uso de la comunidad para compartir vuestras experiencias con apps Zoho y resolver las cuestiones que tengáis.

        Is there any way to stop projects from making tasks lists disappear when all the tasks in the list are completed? That's one of those little things where we're constantly fighting the product. For instance we have some projects which are ongoing - no start and end date. We use Kanban view to show the various task lists. We don't want the kanban list to disappear every time the items on it happen to be closed out. Thanks
