Unable to Print or Export to PDF in Firefox 6! But, works in other Browsers
A search didn't find anything on the forums for this new issue of mine. In the last couple of weeks, I am unable to successfully Print or Export to PDF for invoices using Firefox 6. The window appears for a split second and disappears. Doesn't matter what I do to the browser or computer. But, if I open Zoho Books in Chrome, it works as expected. I've been a Firefox user for quite a while so hoping there is a resolution for this issue. Thanks for any help!
Cash spent from checking for asset
I attempted to do a manual journal entry to record a credit to cash and a debit to an asset account (prepaid rent). When I try this, my "Checking" account doesn't come up as an option from the drop down of accounts I can credit. Why is this and how do I fix this?
Configuring Feeds to Bank Accounts
I recently set up a feed to my bank checking account. This went seamlessly. Then I tried to set up a similar feed to the same bank for a credit card. It was confusing and didn't work. recurring expenses (non billable) do not appear to show up in the reports (e.g. expense reports) or in the dashboard. What am I doing wrong? As some of these are large, e.g rent etc, it's important to be able to see them
Import from Zoho Invoice
I must say I was incredibly disappointed to find out that Zoho Books and Zoho Invoice don't integrate with each other (why I have no idea). So I took the advice and I exported everything from Invoice and was ready to load into books.... only to discover it ignored 103 records from the file it exported... How ? How can you make it this difficult for us....

Custom Fields on Invoice List
Hi, I would like to know how we can apply a custom field to be on the list of invoices. We would like this custom field to be visible so we can identify what the invoice is for. We currently have PO# listed but we dont actually use it. and its currently quite difficult for us to identify what an invoice is for. We have created a custom field called "Job Reference"but in no way can we find out how to apply it to the list please advise if this is possible thanks in advance

How can I make an estimate/quotation without getting the final summ?
I need to give a customer price for 1000, 5000 and 10000 flyers. I have to create 3 different items (making reverse counting to get the pricer per unit) and, after that, the estimate includes the price or the three items added... What is the best way to record a credit card return?
Does anyone know what the best way is (or is the feature built in?) to record returns made on a credit card purchase? I am talking about client product I may purchase on the company credit card, and it had to be returned. There is no visible way to handle recording this besides nearly just voiding the transaction or shimming some return account in your accounts list to record this. Problem With Estimate and Invoice Templates
I have created a template that will be used as our build order for our production team. What I have done is remove all price formulas but the price still shows up on the estimate or invoice. What we intend on doing is to create an invoice. Clone it using the "Build Order" template and then use it as a build order for our production team. How can I stop the price from showing up. Payments - matched a payment twice and cant delete either
Just wondering how I can delete a paypal matched payment that I added as a sales manually to the paypal transaction page and then added the payment again on the same clients invoice? This is showing up as a double-up of the same amount in my statement when only I need just the one recorded.... should I add a credit or something to the invoice to take off one payment and write a note or is there another way I can balance it out properly in the software so that I only have one payment recorded for
Expense value in dashboard graph does not reflect reality
It's hard to explain, but no combination of summing values can give the same result showed on the graph dashboard. I have some expenses, some of them are equipment, some are tax payable,, and other are simply telephone, etc. Well, I've tried a lot of combination and couldn't end up with the result showed on the dashboard graph. Is it possible to schedule a meeting to clarify this point?

invoices reached 1000, no longer in order
So, we reached 1000 with our invoice numbers and now any new invoices 1000+ are going to the bottom of the invoice list. i sort them by the invoice number so this is a very big inconvenience. and the invoices aren't actually going right to the bottom of the list because we originally imported invoices we had from our old system which were numbered 00300, 00301, 00302 etc... so our 1000+ invoices are stuck in between those old invoices and the start of our invoices in this system.

We have set up our Items so they go into the correct chart of accounts. When we manually create invoice and choose the correct item, it goes into the correct chart of account. We have our "Items" linked to the correct chart of account. We created the same (idential) "Tasks" under projects so when we create an invoice from our project time, the "Task" name will match the "Item" name. Estimates won´t take more than one item and don´t even save that item

How can I prevent the discount column to show when none of the listed products have discounts applied?
When you're not giving your customer a discount, you don't want to suggest that on the estimate. It would be best if the column "discount" is only printed when one of the products has a discount. Is this possible at the moment? Thank you.
Tax rounding issues in Zoho Invoice and Zoho Books
I work with both Zoho Books (for my own business) and Zoho Invoice (for a client), and the problem is consistent in both platforms. In some cases, rounded prices are proposed inclusive of tax. This can cause problems when working back to an amount exclusive of tax. E.g. I have a price of 55 EUR inclusive of tax (21%). No matter how many decimals I put in the price on line item level, I always end up with 1 cent too little or too much. I have a feeling that VAT is calculated on the rounded line total

Rubbish Automatic Invoicing
What gives with the pathetic excuse of the automated invoicing not going out correctly. We have set it up so we do not have to manually process invoices for hosting services expecting it to work. 12 days after it was due to go out we log in to see what has happened and the pathetic system has no real logical answer for why this has failed. PayPal partial payment notification
The 'Payment successful' message that you get from paypal after making a partial payment is incorrect. The amount shown as 'Amount Paid' is the invoice total instead of the actual paid amount. This causes confusion. The amount ACTUALLY paid in the above scenario was $1.00. It should say Amount Paid: $1.00

bugs in zoho books in matching
I have already matched from a bank statement (inv # 1477, $3781.2) for Sept 27 2012. The system shows that this transaction has been matched. But there still an unmatch $3781.2 on Sept 27. So, I just deleted that transaction, but when I click to see the "deleted transactions" the system shows this BankAcc_Id should occur at least once. ??
