Hope you're all doing good and staying safe. While you're enjoying this festive season we at Zoho Workplace have brought you some exciting enhancements and feature releases from the month of November.

Here's the summary of the updates:

Zoho Mail

Collaboration made better!

A topic can be better discussed by putting down the ideas in a note with the help of your team. To collaborate more effectively than before, you can now invite them to access your note and add their opinion or ideas to your note.

Audio emails is the trend now

Who said that audio notes could be sent only via instant messaging apps? You can now record any audio using the Voice recorder option in your compose window and attach it to your email.

Recover emails in a jiffy

Do not feel stranded when you have your account blocked, suspended or you have accidentally emptied your trash. All your emails can be retained by your admin which you can now access them from your mailbox and recover them with a few clicks.

Import tasks from Trello

Finding it difficult to keep track of your tasks and manage them from multiple places? You can now import tasks from Trello and manage them in Zoho Tasks.

New languages support

Zoho Mail now supports two more Indian languages: Malayalam and Oriya.

Resource Booking - Org settings

As an admin you can now configure the minimum and maximum duration for a booking made by your organization members from Zoho Mail Admin Console.

Zoho WorkDrive

Support for editing comments

We have improved the Comments feature in WorkDrive by providing the Edit option. This allows users to modify comments at any time without deleting them.

Note: Only the owner of a comment can make changes to it.

Deliver presentations on the go with SharePlay

Imagine you're travelling and have to deliver an important presentation to your team. No matter where you are, you can still present effectively with your Show app for iOS by using SharePlay.

Reinforced form filling and submission processes

Create workflows to complete form submissions, sign forms, provide unique names for filled forms, auto-number fields, add barcodes to forms, and much more to reinforce the form-filling and submission process.

Expanded capabilities of Writer's signature collection workflows!

The expanded capabilities of signature collection workflows in Zoho Writer now include the collection of eSignatures in person, creation, and self-signing of documents from within Writer, creation of custom signing and notification sequence, secure collection of e-signatures, and much more.
