Importing data into related tables
Because I want to build the workflow and add-on coding required before I start to use my Creator database, before I can import data, I need to create the structure of my database first. So, how do you import related data (using a numerical field to link 2 tables) into linked tables in Creator?
importing data with a schedule
I am looking for a way to import data from a .csv file daily at a scheduled time. The file can be located online or in google docs. Is there anyway to do this? I have not been able to find a way to automatically import multiple lines of data from a schedule. Any Ideas?
Problem using migration tool
Hi I'm having a problem importing Excel files to update records for only one column in the file I'm using. The other columns all seem to work ok but for every record one column is being ignored. The problem cell for each row is a decimal and I'm just trying to insert numbers into it. Regards Simon

How to create a payment module with quantities for multiple items? I'd like to have multi select checkboxes with a field where input quantity insead of the checkboxes. I know this is not possible. somebody found a solution or a workaround?

If / Then formula
I'm trying to write an If/then formula that says if the total number of items is equal to 1, then the shipping cost is 7.00. If the total number of items is more than 1, then the shipping cost is the total number items * .50 + 7.00. This is my attempt at that formula that is not working. If(Total_Number_of_Item)==1,7.00,Total_Number_of_Item)*.50+7.00) Can I get some help with writing the correct formula?
Creating a Link between form and subform.
I am trying to link a form and subform. I followed the instructions and it shows you who to use lookup in the subform. Using look up it asks which field in the form you would like to use to link the two. This is a problem, there are no unique identifier fields in the form. I tried using ID which i understand is a long unique field for each record but all I get is a drop down that asks me to select an ID out of hundred of IDs even if search and autocomplete is ticked. Can someone show me practically

Payment Form Confirmations
After processing a form on PayPal, how do I control the confirmation page? It seems to show a fleeting "payment success" message and then redirects to the original form. Also, I have set-up an On Success email, but it's not working. Are these issues due to testing the form in PayPal's sandbox mode? John M. Whitney

Custom action to edit all records at once
Hi everyone, I know how to script a custom action and add it to a view, so I can bulk edit many records at a time. But it seems to me that it is limited to 200 records at a time. I have more than 5000 records and need to do a lot of bulk editing. How can I run a script through all my records, in order to edit some fields, in a one-time operation? Thanks Patrice

PHP JSON Data Request using Zoho Creator API
Using PHP Is it possible to request data from a table or view without using a post form method. For example, can I get the data similarly to this process https://api.creator.zoho.com/REST-API-View-Records-in-View.html But then store the data into a variable and then loop through the data in php. The only example given in the above URL is a Form Post. I want to execute the url and store the json data into a variable so I can then loop through the data to extract what I need and then display it.

'Access this Application' link has DISSAPEARED!
This is a HUGE navigation issue that is making it IMPOSSIBLE for me to work. Replicate problem: - click on Creator Icon from the list of applications from the HOME screen - you get a list of your applications... click on the application to access - you get a list of views and forms etc... click on 'EDIT THIS APPLICATION' - takes you to edit screen. PROBLEM - once here, there USED to be a link 'ACCESS THIS APPLICATION' that would take you back to the views and form so you can actually view your DATA

Stretch a not filed across 2 columns
I created a form using the default 2 columns. At the bottom of the form, I need to stretch a note field that has 2 paragraphs of information that the user must agree to before submitting the form. Ho do I get this note filed to stretch across both columns instead of being bunched up in the left column? Thanks!
Counting Schedules

Better usability on mobile
So I've created a form. When I go to the URL on iPhone in portrait orientation, I cannot see the entry fields to the right. I only see the field descriptions, and it isn't clear that the boxes are over there. Pinching and stretching doesn't seem to do anything. Changing the orientation to landscape, I can then see that there are boxes over to the right that need to be filled in. This is confusing. On a Galaxy, I can at least scroll to the right when in portrait orientation. But how would I know

Creator removing "/" from URL
Hi, we are using a Creator contact form extensively through out our web site. Example: http://2base.com/en/contact/ The contact form is catching the URL of the site where the form is used. (This is hidden for the users). But for some reason it also removes one of the "/" in http://.... So for the above mentioned site the URL shows as http:/2base.com/en/contact This causes problems in CRM, since Zoho CRM does not recognize http:/ as an valid URL, but only http:// Why is one of the "/" being removed

Relationship between Date Entries
I looked around the forums for an answer to my issue and couldn't find any, I would like to link two date fields. One for when guests arrive, and one for when guests depart. I am wondering if there was a way to link the two in such a way that i can create a third field that shows the dates they will be attending. It need to include the date they arrive, and the date they depart. Example: They arrive on November 1st. They depart on November 6th They are attending the 1st - the 6th. The Question.
