It is posible to get a link from a specific data that is input from the data base?
How can pass a selected client to another view, and list all of the associated notes for that client?
I have a form that allows me to add clients. And I have another form that allows me to add notes linked with a chosen client. I would like to be able to click on a client from a list view, and be taken to a view showing the information for that particular client, and also have all of the notes that are associated with that client displayed right below the client information. Is there any way to do that?

Good morning... I was wondering what happens when I publish an application and someone installs it, and then I update the application (enhancement or bug-fix). Will everyone who installed get the new version automatically? Do they have to re-install? Will they loose their data? Thanks,
Clear Database
I know we can do this with script delete from MYDATA[ ID != 0 ]; But it takes time and the browser window cannot be closed during the operation. It would be handy to have (maybe in the edit view mode) a button to click to clear an entire database of records. Cheers, John Whitney

Hello there, I tried to set the Report Date: which is displayed in the header (on the right corner) when export views to .pdf but I coundn't have any success, allways PDT time zone is displayed. Example Report Date:Thu Oct 13 09:44:59 PDT 2011Tried to change the time zone from the personal information and from application settings but the Report Date: from exported views not changed. Removing submit and reset buttons and resizing the fields
Is there a way to remove the Submit and Reset buttons? I have built a simple FAQ page and do not need to submit any info. Also is there a way to resize the multiline field?
problems editing in grid form
When editing in "grid" view I make all the changes I want however when i hit the save button it brings up an error message telling me that the records i tried to edit could not be saved. When editing in regular list view i can edit each record but once again grid form which would save me a lot of time is not working at all. PLEASE HELP!
Cannot sennd email with attachment

Inconsistent behavior in list view with search and page size
Hi List view , i do a search get some results, change page size at the top (see red circle on attached screen shot) Select 10 , 20, 30 40 all good Select 50 and the "Page Size" Option vanishes go to the bottom and select 75, 100, 200 it comes back .. "Other Postal Code" Field Error
Hi I have written a form here: http://www.rentlondonflat.com/rent It works fine in Zoho Creator. All the data is recorded. Everything we put in the form is recorded into Zoho Creator and we can access data there. There is also a script which passes the data to Zoho CRM. All this also works fine as well apart from one field. The field to which we are trying to pass the post code across from Zoho Creator to a "Standard Zoho CRM Field" called "Other Postal Code". This is name when set to UK English.
Form relationships
It all starts with the need for a calculated field on a report. I need to multply a price from an inventory form by qty from an activity form. I have related the forms by lookup in the activity form. My thought is to create a calculated field in the activity form but I don't have access to the price field from the inventory form despite the lookup and relationship. What is the best solution? I run education programmes for schools and need a decent database. I have created a task management application with a form that tracks tasks and a form that contains staff names and e-mail addresses. The action form contains a Multiselect that allows someone to choose who is responsible for the task. This field is populated by a lookup from the staff field. Hello; I want to hide some fields with conditions, for example, if the user choose ' No answer', some fields don't appear, I feel very lost in functions, since I'm a novice. ZC Disastrous Platform Changes are Killing My Business
I have been with ZC for around 3 years now. When you invest so much time and money into a particular platform (about $ 30,000.00 USD worth) then it is nearly impossible to simply change platforms and start again. I receive an Email with all the fields completed. Recently, I had a person submit a FAKE registration form. Form skip through- conditional
I may have the subject description slight wrong... ? If I have a form that asks certain questions and based on the answer to one of those questions eg a dropdown field where it provides two options- truck or ship, then pending on the response the user is faced with certain additional questions through another form, which otherwise would not have been seen or been required to complete. Calendar View using HTML link value as "Display Field" has stopped working
The latest upgrade has taken away the facility of using a formula field, which generates a HTML link code with background-color and link to HTML view, as the Display Field. This calendar view which was working well and was used extensively by my client, now looks like shown in below.. While the same formula-field renders fine in list view.. Kindly fix the rendering issue in calendar views.
Another ZOHO Creator platform change ... catastrophic to a second client !!!
I have now been told by a second client that the ZOHO Creator platform change has resulted in him not being able to conduct any business ... his application has numerous forms with dynamically populated Radio Button fields ... none of them respond to user selections !!! This is in addition to the first client ... whose customers were being (incorrectly) told that there was no inventory for them to rent (his equipment) ... had to make an emergency change to force feed a "inventory available" response

Subform Data From Master Form Not Getting Deleting
I have two forms. Work Order as the master form, and a General Journal form as a sub-form of Work Order. When I delete a sub-form row(General Journal) from the Work Order master form it will not delete the data from the General Journal. It doesn't show up in the the Work Order form. But will show up in the General Journal form views. As it is a General Journal form used to track profit /loss on a work order when data doesn't get deleted it throws all my number off.
