How to show list to a particular Group on Look Up field?
Hi, I have different GROUP Name with different MEMBERS. Now I'm trying to make a database reporting on each GROUP, I want each group to input their reports and identify who among their MEMBERS attended their meeting. What I want to achieve is, when a user input a GROUP name, on the "look up" field under ATTENDEES only show those MEMBERS included in the GROUP name selected. Right now, all MEMBERS in the look up field (regardless if what GROUP) are all showing, which I don't like because the list is

Hi! I've got a public embeded stateless form tant contains several buttons. The problem is some of these buttons are hidden under the image of "Powered by ZOHO Creator". It is a built-in css issue. Any possibiliy of fix this? Any workaround? Thank you!

How to process Toaddress field when is a multiselect list
Hello ZC Team, I have a problem and I need some help, I have a Form with a field called Toaddress, this field was defined as a multiple select list. In the other hand I have a view with a customs action ("Send Open Position") which is a sendmail function based on that Toaddress field. Images not showing up
I have an application created (zoho creator) called “PS2 Games I Have”. One of my fields is an image field called “Pic”. The location of the images are in “my picture” folder in Zoho Docs. Recently, the images stop displaying in my application. It only affected certain images. Help! Delete all records limited to 200 at a time
Hi Wizohoes, I'd like to delete all records in a particular table. Currently when i click the select all checkbox .. only the entries in the view are selected, and these are limited to 200 per page. Is there a way to select all and 'safely delete' the records.. my table has 18000 records. Thanks :)
Disappointment with and suggestions for Creator's "Calendar View"
Why is the html Calendar View in Creator so poorly designed and lacking basic customization and display features? Please see the attached image which illustrates my point. Why is the data that's displayed cut-off after only a few characters, instead of showing all or most of the text? Assigning multiple technicians to a request
Hello, I have been searching for a way to add multiple technicians on a request ticket. Often we have more than one technician working on the same problem, and this feature is necessary to accurately track progress made on the same issue. Also, is it possible to assign a request to a "Queue" - or "Group" of people, and then have that group of people pick up the ticket? I am using a CRM field in my Creator form to link the subscription form to Account Name in Zoho CRM. In my form this takes the form of a lookup field into Zoho CRM to retrieve the account name. Hi, Here, https://help.creator.zoho.com/Known-Issues-or-Limitations.html, it says that for single line fields "Form can have maximum of 80 text fields with max length of 255(SingleLine and Email). This can be increased by reducing the max length value. " I have already reduced most of the fields' (80% of it) max length of characters from 255 to 55 and some to 10 and 5. Problem HTML website form
I am trying Creator to decide to buy. I created a nice input form to be used on my website. tried to embed it, and all I get is a large black box that is empty. The email link works perfectly. I used the website link in the CRM web to lead form and that works perfctly. What do I need to do to get my survey form to show up properly on my site. Hello, As an Admin, Is it possible to create a Zoho account for other users? We are currently integrating the Zoho Creator Help Desk into Google Apps and we need to have no interaction from our users during the account setup process. Allowing Users to add requester details

I would like to create a subform that displays data linked to a field on the main form. For example, let's say I want to create a form that lets me select an author's name from a dropdown that pulls names from a names table. I would like the subform to display all of their books. Unable to log in using GoogleApps ID
Under the application settings I have selected 'Sign in using GoogleApps', and I've entered my domain name. When I try to open Zoho Creator Helpdesk from a test account, it still prompts for login credentials. Ideally we do not want our users to have to enter any additional information just to access the ticketing system. How can I fix this? Thank you

Entries Missing
I have a database where one of the fields in the form allows you to select which person the entry should be associated with (we have 6 users that share a username, so this allows someone to sort the list view to just people that are associated with them). However, all of the entries associated with one person suddenly disappeared. When that person tries to add a new entry it will not show up in the list view either? Any ideas about what happened and how to fix it?
Scheduler Goes Black
I am new to scheduling, however, I walked through the wizard to setup an email to fire off one of the views I created. When I click on the "Exceute Now" button the screen goes black and the email does not fire off. I am not sure where to go from here. I have allowed access to support in my application.

Subform look&field
Hello, I've created a subform where I have textarea fields in all of the rows. I've defined the width and height of that fields but when the form is loaded the look&feel (width and height) is identical to all the fields.
