How can I delete customers?
Hello, I've been building a web app for my company and while testing it I sent out some test invitations to users This can been seen in my App here However these customers are nowhere to be seen in the list of users in the admin site How can I delete this fake user/customer accounts? Thanks

Shared users with Zoho accounts cannot access my application (forms/views). Only the admin account can access applications. Users show up under Account Settings - Manage Users. Accounts are active, and set as users. (Setting to Developer had no affect) Under Edit This Application - Share Tab - Users have All Forms and Views. Green checks on all forms/views when clicked. Under Edit This Application - Views Tab - xxxxx View - Actions/Set Permissions - users have Add/Edit rights. Applications and Forms/Views
New calendar view options
I have a couple of questions about the new look of the calendar view: Is it possible to change the label color of the events on the calendar? Right now they are all blue. Can the text being shown on the calendar events word wrap so that I can see the entire text of a longer entry?
export data from Contact Manager?
It appears that Zoho CRM is better supported. I'd like to export data from Contact Manager to Zoho CRM. Any suggestions about how to do this? Thank you in advance for your consideration.
Where is the filter list-box?
The help feature says "When you access the report, the filters will be displayed in the Filter list-box as shown below." The box is shown in the example, but I don't see on my screen where that shows up. I have created a custom filter but don't know how to display it. Thanks. William D. Chapman
Dynamic Picklist Based on multi-select lookup

Why can't I share apps
ZC embedded forms do not display in FireFox 11
All of our embedded forms have this problem: In Firefox 11, the page with the embedded form loads, and the title of the form is displayed in blue, with nothing beneath it - just white space. No data can be entered, and no part of the form other than the title can be viewed. This is causing significant errors for us. Email addresses listed
I need to have email addresses listed on a page, but to protect these email address I scramble them. However, I do not know how to use that code within Zoho creator. Basically I want the display to look like: Email so and so: Click Here How do I do that? I the URL field but of course it did not work because that is not its purpose. Any ideas?
Printing Creator forms
I love the Creator program, I put together a quick little program to create purchase order requests. The only problem I'm having is in being able to print the form correctly. The only way to print is to go into edit mode. As I add more records, the printed output becomes less usable, as other records appear above the record I want to print. Inventory Turnover Calculation
My Creator experience is very limited, but I have created an Inventory Management database and input data using the form "File Input Form". The important fields for this discussion would be "Warehouse Arrival Date", "Consumed Date" and "Status of Inventory". I am trying to figure out how to get Creator to calculate inventory turnover for me with the data in the database. I would need a form or report that would take 2 user designated fields; "Begin Date" and "End Date" and perform the following.
HTML view to PDF conversion slowdown
Hi! We are using Zoho Creator's HTML view to PDF conversion functionality in a daily basis, but in the last week or so we have noticed, that it slowed down a lot. For debugging reasons I created a simple TestPage, that contains only 10 character and it took 70 seconds (!!!) to download it through direct URL. We desperately need it to be fast as it was before (2-3 seconds). Please, let us know, what is the reason behind the slowdown! Thanks in advance!
Formula field showing up as text field in pivot table report
Hi, I created a form that has formula fields in a previous application and generated a pivot table report which displayed those fields as sum fields. When I copied the application and added another formula field, it shows up as a text field instead of a number field as the other formula fields do. How can I correct this?
iOS app issues

Using the round function on data import
Hello zoho community, I have a little problem importing data using zoho creator. The form contains fields with decimal values which are to be populated with figures containing a varying number of decimal places. As an example: Field “a” may contain 12.2 54.634 3 2.74465674 and so on The problem is that the formula field has its number of allowed decimal places limited to three. Cannot Get Field Type "Checkbox" as an argument in Custom Action
I have a custom action calling a function: SMS.sendsms with four arguments: - Active - Method - smsphone - smsbody In the form I have a field called "Method" that is a checkbox with two options "text" and "Email". PROBLEM: When craeting my New Custom Action and I select my field names for each argument, "Method" does not appear. Users can change their username and email adresse from the customer portal
I just took the "new" Zoho Creator services, that is alot different from the old one.. Now I see that all users from the customer portal have a "account", that they can change themself. Thats give them to ability to be any customer, how can we block this feature ?? Thanks

Unfortunately he mobile version does not work for our application for many reasons too many to number. How can I disable this or connect to a non-mobile version?

Keep getting knocked back to the homepage
I have just signed up, and am trying to upload a simple Excel table. I have tried uploading the files via Local file, and also via the Cloud Dropbox option. With both, without any explanation, I get kicked back to the home page. Why is this? The file I'm uploading is large (48MB, 48k records) & it only has 1 tab. What is going wrong?
