To tell you the truth, we are a bit disapointed with zoho service. It is not easy at all to have feedback, get support even paying a standard service. We have a new employee at our company since 1 week and we are not able to asign him his email account!!. Trying to add francisco.alventosa@photoniktech.com I receive a message saying "The data you have entered already exists". I cannot see it in my control panel. I havent added this user before. Please, give an answeer as soon as possible.

Hi, Our domain is symsoluciones.com. Working as admin in the control panel: When I try to add the email account "cesarmedina@symsoluciones.com" and "felixsolis@symsoluciones.com" I get the error: "The data you have entered already exists" The accounts in mention, were created and eliminated, but I do not know continue to appear as existing. Any ideas? Can anybody help us? thanks!

Regarding the domain eventsecretary.com.au I have setup the TXT record with the relevant value. External tools validate the dkim ok. However when I verify in ZOHO I get the following: We are unable to get TXT record for DKIM right now. When I am trying to verify my domain, I go straight to https://mail.zoho.com/cpanel/verify.do - but then it puts me into a loop and the page keeps refreshing, which prevents me from verifying my domain or getting into the control panel. Any way to resolve this?

In my Zoho Mail account, what is the difference between the Quarantine (in Control Panel > Mail Administration > Spam Control), and the Spam Folder in my Email Account? My Quarantine is empty, but my Spam Folder has 148 messages. I just found that a few legit messages were marked as spam, and moved to my Spam Folder, so I had missed them. Yet, my Spam Control settings are all set to "Allow Email". Is it possible to send ALL message to my Inbox, but mark/tag the likely spam messages with "[SPAM]"
