Update Deal Owners not can not access Zoho Finance items
Dear Zoho team , I ran into this issue, with integration between Zoho CRM and Books , if i transfer Deal ownership from 1 person to another person. The new person can see the list of estimate under Deal , but can not open the Estimate, it indicates that you have no right on it . Could we have options including Zoho Finance items , when change ownership of Deal as well
Delete a record from a custom app if an invoice is deleted from books
I currently have an app that creates records in CRM then triggers an invoice creation in Books. Is there a way for the books platform to trigger a record deletion associated with the invoice if the invoice itself is deleted?
No update in Quantity in Stock Field in CRM - after integration with Books
Dear Zoho team , After many issues with Books and CRM integrations, now we come to 1 more : There is ''Quantity in Stock ''Field in CRM, but after integration with inventory and books, the field is not updated anymore. Only we open the Product details , under Finance tab , it will show Stocks ... But for fast check on list , we need to have Stock field. Is there away to pull stock quantity to a custom field to show it on CRM product list ? Please share me custom function or any workaround ways

Why is Zoho Commerce not part of the Zoho One package?
May I get a clear explanation as to why Zoho Commerce is not included in the Zoho One package? E-commerce is a very hot vertical and it seems Zoho should love to have many users on the e-commerce platform which carries their name. I'm curious to know how, strategically, it was decided that Zoho Commerce would not be included in Zoho One?? Please advise.

I have been trying to cancel my account for 2 TWO days now. I clicked on "close account" and it said to cancel organization. I deleted domain and never had zoho email. When I click the delete button for organization, all I get is this O124:Oops! Something went wrong. Try again later Any idea on how I can actually cancel the account? New User Password
I have added 3 new users to Zoho One and have chosen to have their password generated automatically. Next, I have sent the email notification for them to join. Where is the password? Why is it not sent in the email with the invitation or in a separate email? I have had to manually go in an reset the password and email it to them directly. I'm not sure why this is. Shouldn't they be able to get in on their own once an invite is sent?

I have two of my employees that are listed as external and I can not get them into my org... How do I get them to be part of my org? I sent them an invite and they could not accept it. How can I find out what other org they are a member of and how do we delete that org off their machine.
Global notification
Hi, I'm trying to figure out how notifications are managed globally in Zoho One. Here a current example I have: We are creating Estimates in Zoho Finance Module of the CRM. Estimates needs approval. The problem is that as Approver, I don't get notifications when I'm in the CRM, or Campaign or other part of Zoho One. How can I get these browser notifications from anywhere in Zoho, from any App ? I would like to know if among Zoho's products there is module to manage contracts. The key requirements I am looking for are: (1) to have ability to create contract template (add new fields), (2) to customize contract flow (3 or 4 confirmation steps with providing rights to accept or reject contract), and (3) to attach documents. Contacts question
I am a little confused about how the contacts in the different apps interact with each other. I assumed that if I added a contact in Zoho Contacts Manager that it would automatically show up in the contacts tab under Zoho CRM. When I look at the two it appears as though they are not related and I have two sets of contacts. My question - is this correct? Is there a way to sync contacts across all Zoho apps? It will be good if we can assign to the new users and be able to track the progress of if they completed or not. I am currently working on a migration and having some trouble with Products related to Deals and Quotes. So far I have imported all Deals as well as all Quotes and Products. I have been able to import Quote Line Items module and have Products (plus custom prices) related to respective Quote. What I am having trouble with is relating Products to Deals. I have a list of custom entries that identifies the ProductId, DealId, Unit Price, etc. But there is no module such as "Quote Line Item" to import

I did some testing of Zoho One and while I'm blown away by what you're offering for $30 per user a month, I was disappointed to see there is no real integration between these apps in the most important area for businesses - CRM and accounting. Problem with Call using Skype feature
In my Zoho CRM, using Google Chrome, next to all of Contacts' phone numbers is a little telephone icon. I am in the United States. Hovering mouse above this icon displays "Call using Skype". However, when using this feature, the phone number passed to Skype has a "+" symbol inserted to the beginning of it. How are companies tracking administrative (non-project) based time
We are considering using Zoho One (People for time tracking). Historically we have tracked time based on activities and categories vs projects. We service clients and most of our work is billed to each client. For time billed to generic, non-project based activities (i.e. attending training, going to a recruiting event, etc.) how are organizations tracking this time? Are you setting up an internal "client" with a project as "admin" that is open to everyone? Is there a better module to handle this
Combine Hours from multiple accounts/customers in Creator and then into books for an invoice?
Within Zoho One how would I add functionality that let me merge hours from different customers/clients/accounts (entered from People) onto one invoice. In CRM we have clients with parent/child relationships. Those marked as clients would need to be rolled into their parents time and then billed. As long as I have a record of the original time entered and which customer/client/account it went to I can report on it later. In other words I want to make hours as being invoiced and even if they show up
How to organize (random) information?
I am continuously researching all kinds of things online and off-line. I always have many lines open and tons of random notes. Not only is this research becoming increasingly important for my work and income, but I consider it essential for my personal development and general knowledge. Is Time Entry within People the only time entry option that includes selecting a client first? All of our work is based on clients and I don't see that option in Books or Project. (I know that projects can be associated with clients but due to 100s of similar projects this is unfeasable.)
Lite Agents in Desk
I was recently talking with the Desk team and I was informed that adding Light agents in Desk is not available with Zoho One. Can you possible review this and consider changes in the future? Adding light agents would be important to my business in the coming months because I have many internal agents that would require the read only access and I would not feel comfortable or the need adding additional user licenses when I am the primary agent anyways.
