Hello, With Zoho Email is there a way to save each and every email in a sort of backup method \repository method in case an employee\user deletes emails. Looking for similar functionality to Microsoft Mimecast? If email is hosted with Zoho can a default email address be setup so that all emails to the domain which does not match an alias will be delivered to the default address? Thanks,

Hi, Quick question regarding subscriptions. If i buy say 30 subscriptions for the year and I use all 30 at some stage. Then we off-board one user as they have left the company. Can their subscription be used for another employee? Thanks

HI I'm trying to navigate quickly between applications now that I'm all set up. But I'm starting to realize that I've either set it up wrong, or I don't understand something fundamental. My problem is with contacts, and emails. There are a lot of different ways to access these. From Gmail, from Sales In box, from contact manager and from zoho mail. Google Email Address Login Fails in the Mac Version of Zoho One
I recently became a Zoho One user. I downloaded Zoho One installed it and then attempted to login. My login works fine on the Zoho One web side but the app doesn't seem to include federation and I tried inputting my correct Google User ID and password and it fails. The error is "invalid logon". I can't take a screen snapshot so please don't ask for one. Beautiful splash screen but then with a beautiful splash screen comes a cost - you can't gain access to anything else. Test Environment
Is there a product within Zoho One suite which a test environment is available or can be created? This would be a place where changes to Desk, CRM, Inventory (settings, modules, channels, categories, departments etc.) could be made without affecting the normal operations. The goal would be to optimize Zoho tools for our business without breaking or disrupting daily activities in our Zoho products.

Zoho app for approve payments workflow
Hi, Is there a way for the zoho expense app to submit every expense for approval, instead of a expense report? What i want to achieve is that when an employee need to buy/make a payment, send me the details for approve, and (if approve) send it to another employee for a code for the payment. Zoho One employee leaving POP backup storage and docs in Zoho CRM
Assuming that Zoho One includes Zoho Mail Enterprise which comes with 1Tb storage available. When the employee leaves the company: 1. Is the POP backup in CRM also 1Tb? 2. After deactivating the Zoho user account is there any fee for keeping that POP backup online? Thinking after a couple years in having around 50 users left in this situation? 3. Zoho Docs linked to CRM records are deleted? or can those linked files be saved in any backup after the user is deactivated?
Zoho one domain transfer
Hi I bought a Zoho One account. Currently i have a website + domain + email hosted at one.com. I want to transfer my domain to another registrar because one.com says they are not compatible with Zoho. For example i want to transer my domain. jconi.be to iwantmyname.com. Now i have 2 e-mailboxes connect that i use. I want to keep using those mail adresses but how can i transfer these? This is not clear to me. Can i still use them once i transfer my domain? We are looking into upgrading to Zoho One. The features are very vague on the Zoho One home page. In talking to Zoho Books support staff I have learned that One comes with the highest level of Zoho Books. I know that the CRM Ultimate is not included in One and was wondering what other features are also not included. What level of the other applications are included in One?
Removing Apps
Adding apps to Zoho One dashboard and assigning it to a users is a breeze - however should you want to remove a app from either admin's dashboard or from a user it is impossible. Yes you can deactivate any app but it will stay on the dashboard / management console. It would be great and lead to less clutter if admin and or a user were able to remove a app from the dashboard if not in use.
Zoho Docs storage limit
I am exploring the apps available with Zoho One. In Zoho Docs the admin screen shows 5GB storage available for my single user. This is the amount available for a free account (Standard gets 100GB, Premium gets 1TB). What storage is available per user and per organization in Zoho Docs with Zoho One? Thanks!

When I delete a Lead in Zoho CRM, does it delete the Contact and Account?
We're logging Leads from Twitter engagement and as you might imagine, many of those "Leads" aren't leads but might still be valid Contacts or Accounts. When you Delete a Lead, it seems like it Deletes the record entirely. Does it? It should retain the Contact/Account and only delete the Lead.

Inconsistent Documentation for OAuth Access Token

This returns an invalid client error. https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/api/v2/#generate-access This page says you should submit request in the url of the POST. This is successful. Is there a security issue with submitting in the url? If not, is it possible to update the documenation in the first link?
Emails not showing up in some leads
Hi, My sales reps are using the Gmail integration for email. From my understanding, emails to/from a lead with a matching email address, will show up in the Email section of the lead. Sometimes they do. And sometimes they don't. What kinds of things may prevent emails from being brought into the lead record so we can troubleshoot? We have confirmed that the email in the lead record matches, exactly, the email address that is being used to communicate with the lead. Thanks! MC

Hello, I am having a great deal of trouble trying to set up OAuth2 from a google script within Google Sheets to change values in Zoho CRM. I cannot figure out how to receive the Grant Token and then resend that in a POST command. Hello, I've noticed a bug on the merge tag FNAME. I've always used the merge tag like this $[FNAME]$ if i wanted the space to be blank when there was no name on the subscriber. But since this week i've sended that way and the subscribers with no first name apeared "Costumer", and i used the merge tag like this $[FNAME]$ and not like this $[FNAME|Customer|Guest]$; Whats wrong? do i need to use the merge tag this way $[FNAME||]$ from now one? with the empty spaces. Changing a Date field to a Date/Time Field
I have used a date field alone for years and now I want to add a date/time field instead and merge or combine the old data into this new field. Is that possible? I've noticed you can't change the value or property of the field to a date/time field. I would hate to have lose the data I have inputting.

Why doesn't Mail Merge leave a record in the customer record?
Believe it or not we actually do write real letters - letter not emails - using Mail Merge in CRM. Believe it or not, the fact that we have done so isn't recorded in the customer record. When we brought this up with support, they seemed unable to comprehend that we were doing this. They kept referring back to "emails". Not talking about email. Talking about Mail Merge. Hi, Let's say I have an Account field called "Account Score". I have a Lead who works at a company (that company is an Account). The Lead is not yet a Contact (because we've never been in contact with them). The Lead visits one of our pages, where an automation is going to increase their Lead Score +1.
