When I called your toll free number for sales support, I was obviously connected to a person who did not speak english as a first language and the phone connection was scratchy and sub-par. a lot of things don't work in MS Word Pluggin
I 've had a horrible experience lately when trying to synchronise the doc in Word and in Zoho Writer. I was editing part of a doc in Word, and at the same time tried to add the doc to Zoho in order to synchronise it as a backup. The zoho pluggin said it cannot be added. So i abandoned the idea and did the whole thing purely in Word. As always, I saved the doc in every step while I was editing. The next day when I opened Zoho, I was surprised to see that doc there, but was in the previous edition.
Questions re: posting to Blogger
I left a comment at the blog also, figured I should ask here too. Writing is much easier with Zoho than with Blogger, I could see myself using this. Just two points. 1 - Publish to blog, and select 'save as draft' it worked great. But if I edit the post in Zoho, and publish to blog again, it doesn't let me re-save to draft, and publishes the post straight away if I click publish. Is there anyway to re-save to draft? 2 - How would one enter a title for the post?

cannot save doc
I was just working with a very short doc. It was sync with MS Word, and I was adding things on it with Zoho writer. As soon as I started (well, 1 or 2 mins into my work), it starts saying 'we cannot save this doc .... please copy it to prevent date loss' (sth like this). What do you mean???? I only know that means I cannot work on Zoho! So frustrating. :(
Paste function seems broken
I copy some data (li1 = ["this", "that"]), but when I try to paste that on a line above, "<script src="http://writer.zoho.com/public/acfred/Python-Learning1/script" ></script>" is always pasted. This is happening in my public document "Learning Python." ale

Autosave and Spell Check
Hello Zoho! Thanks for such a great service, I use it all the time... My problem is with the autosave feature and spell checker. While I'm spell checking a document, if the autosave kicks in (it always does every 45 sec or so) the spell checker is then turned off (changes already made are kept, though). It's very frustrating... every time I goto spell check I have to rush through before autosave takes me out of spell checker mode. I did some searching in the forums, but didn't see anyone else talking

How about page breaks

Hi, I've completed a paper on Word and exported it to Zoho, and all the footnotes become endnotes; also, as it now is in Zohowriter, I cannot tell how pages there are. Is it possible to view my document page by page (as in MS Word)? And also, in the case of academic writing, keep the footnotes as footnotes (ie at the foot of the page) rather than endnotes (at the end of the whole paper). Writer Link-tool bug
When I make more than one link on a page, Writer frequently changes the parameters and display text of other links on the page. I have gone back and manually fixed the html only to have it repeat the problem as I added another link. I am using Firefox on a Mac OS X (10.3). spaet

Problem with Chinese
hello! The writer can use Chinese, but i find that it's wrong when open one Chinese document by using 'http://www.zohowriter.com/publicimport.im' . Such as 'http://www.zohowriter.com/publicimport.im?url=http://www.rss-express.com/components/com_opmlloader/highlightjs/images/1.doc'. Firefox spell check plugin conflicts with Zoho
I have installed the spell checker plugin of Firefox. It will red-underline any unrecognized (misspelled) words in html - text areas, like in the current text area I'm typing right now. If I right click on an unrecognized word, it will show a list of suggestions. Unfortunately, it doesn't work with Zoho or similar online text editors. The word is underlined, but if I right click, I get the right-click menu of Zoho. I would like an option to show the original right click menu somehow, or have it extended

How secure is Zoho? The app seems to be good - but what about security. Can I have my own kind of encryption? Also - as of now it is free. But will you charge in future? Be open and frank - if you want to cost it , pl say so up front. Do not say it may cost in future - by small print. The net is like real world - it cheats many persons. Some Key suggestions that Zoho should improve.
Zoho Writer is an awsome program. I actually choosed it over MS Words. But here is some suggestions that would REALLY help ZW. 1. A downloadable version of this product. Zoho is made to use online to make easy access. But there should also be a downloadable version. Some users have slow connection speed, making it very frustrating to use. 2. A spelling check. Zoho should DEFINATLY add a spelling check and auto-correct in the program. Spelling check is very important in writing programs. I hope Zoho

Bugs
A few bugs I've noticed when using firefox 2.0.0.2: 1) If the first action you try to take after starting zoho writer is to use backspace, it doesn't work until you type. 2) the fonts do funky stuff when playing with increase indent and decrease indent in an outline 3) the cursor disappears every once and a while, not sure what actions cause it to happen 4) when 2 levels deep in an outline and you hit enter twice, the indent goes to the wrong spot. then when you type and hit enter again, it restarts

Opening of links in new tabs
Its really helpful that we can put the links in writer and that when we click on it, it goes on to the link as well. However, it will be great if at all one can right click on the mentioned link and then open that link in a new tab of firefox, ie 7 (new window in ie 6) or opera.
