What is the easiest/fastest way to attach an email or PDF to a Zoho record?

Hi everyone,

We use Outlook with Office 365 and have the need to either ideally attach a .msg email directly to an account or custom module in Zoho, or if not attach just the PDF that would be sent in that email.

The Zoho plugin is very basic for Outlook and doesn't let you save to accounts or custom modules so doesn't work for us.  Right now I drag the email from Outlook to my desktop, and then attach it to the Zoho record but it's a bit time consuming.  Are there any quicker ways to drag and drop it, or ways to quickly save an Outlook email to a record?  If not even something that creates a folder on Zoho docs or Google Drive for every account and we can attach it there.  I used to do that when we had Microsoft Dynamics.  When you'd make a new account it would create a folder for that account on Drive, and then opportunities would become folders under that account and so on.  Not sure if Zoho has any native support for something like that, or I guess I could use integrations with Zapier if they support such a thing, but might be clunky.  I dunno open to suggestions.  Thanks!
