We are thrilled to announce the closed BETA release of Zoho Recruit's Resume Harvester, available starting today. This tool is designed to streamline your recruitment process by automating candidate searches and sourcing across multiple job boards, helping you find candidates passively and saving valuable time.

What is Resume Harvester?

Resume Harvester is a feature developed by Zoho Recruit that automates the search for potential candidates across various job boards based on your specified criteria. This tool eliminates the need for manual browsing, allowing you to focus on other critical aspects of recruitment.

Availability
  • Editions: Available for both Corporate HR and Staffing Agency editions.
  • Plan Required: Accessible on Professional, Enterprise ( including Zoho One and PeoplePlus) plans.
  • Permission Required: Users need the Source Boosters permission to access this feature.
  • Search Limits:
    • Professional Plan (Staffing Agency Edition): 50 searches
    • Enterprise Plan: 100 searches

Manual Search

The Manual Search option allows recruiters to search for candidates from multiple Source Boosters simultaneously. This feature simplifies the talent sourcing process, making passive hiring more efficient.



Recruiters can specify details such as job titles, keywords, and locations, and Resume Harvester will fetch relevant candidates from the selected job boards. The search results are organized into sub-tabs for each job board, enabling recruiters to view and compare candidates seamlessly.



This comprehensive view and the ability to add candidates directly to Zoho Recruit or in bulk significantly reduce the time and effort spent on sourcing candidates manually.

Auto Search

The Automate Search function of Resume Harvester further enhances efficiency by automatically finding and adding candidate profiles that meet specified criteria.



Recruiters can set parameters like job title, location, experience, and required skills, along with advanced criteria such as expiry dates and candidate limits. Once configured, the auto search runs continuously, adding top candidates from the selected job boards until the set limits are reached.



This automation not only saves time but also ensures a steady inflow of potential candidates without manual intervention. Notifications alert recruiters if there are any issues, such as permission or login problems, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted recruitment process.
