We've recently introduced various features and enhancements to Analytics and Social in Zoho Marketing Plus. Here's a brief rundown on what you'll see in the updates:

Analytics

AI-powered data preparation

Zoho DataPrep is an advanced self-service data preparation solution that lets you prepare data from multiple sources, analyze and improve the quality of your data, transform, enrich, and catalogue data, and collaborate with your team. It helps improve the quality of your data by preparing it before analyzing.

Augmented analytics

Businesses gather huge volumes of data, but it's useless if you can't gather valuable insights from it. This normally results in making major decisions based on instinct, rather than having it backed up by data.
 
Augmented analytics makes use of machine learning and artificial intelligence to analyze and interpret data on a large scale.
  • Chat with Zia: Zia is an AI-powered analytical assistant that provides insights on your business in seconds. With Ask Zia, you can talk to Zia and get answers to your business questions. For example, "show me sales by items" will display a graphical representation of all the sales categorized by items.

  • Zia Insights: Gather various insights in the form of narratives from reports and dashboards with the help of Zia. These interpretations can be useful in making key decisions for your business.

Data storytelling 

  • Include comprehensive analytics in presentations: Create informative presentations in Zoho Show by adding reports and dashboards you've created in Analytics. You can add narrative elements in the form of text, infographics, videos, and shapes.

Business app connectors

Advanced Analytics Connectors lets you integrate with more than 50 business applications and create reports and dashboards that help the user analyze key performance metrics. We've now added seven connections: Bigin, Zoho Sprints, Exact Online, Jira, LinkedIn Pages, ServiceNow, and WooCommerce.

Mobile business intelligence

Social

Using Instagram DM

Send messages to your followers via the Instagram business account connected to Zoho Social. You can also attach files from your desktop, media library, cloud picker, or design with Canva. Emojis can also be included along with the message.
 
Note: Instagram is in the second phase of a global rollout of their messaging API for third-party applications. You'll be able to send messages from Social only if you have a follower count between 1K-100K. Read More.

Adding alt text

Alt text can be added to images while posting through Social. It helps images get displayed at the top of search engine results page and can also help visually impaired users get the context of an image while using screen readers. You can only add alt text for images that you post on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
