 Steps  to organize a group workshop

  1. Create a group booking service

  2. Share the booking page link

 

 1. Create a group booking service 

      Add the details of the workshop that you'll be offering by following the below steps.

  1. Navigate to the Services tab, click the Add icon , and choose Group Booking.



  2. In the pop-up that appears:

    1. Enter the name of the workshop that you'll be conducting in Name of the Service.

    2. Enter the date and time that the workshop starts in Date & Time.

    3. Specify the duration that the workshop will happen in Duration.

    4. Mention the number of seats that are available for the workshop in No. of Seats



    5. If this workshop happens for a day, you can skip this step. Otherwise, you can select the checkbox for the Repeat option. A pop-up appears to define the days that the workshop will span.

      1. Under Booking Type, choose Series if the workshop is a continuous session that has to be booked as a whole. Or choose Drop-in if the workshop happens for a few days, but each day can be booked separately.

      2. Under Repeat, choose the frequency if it is Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.

      3. Under Repeat Until, you can set any of the two options

        1. Set Date: Specify the last date of the workshop.

        2. No. of Classes: Specify the no.of days the workshop happens.

        3. Click Add



    6. Enter the cost of the workshop under Price.

    7. Add the staff who will be conducting this workshop under Staff Assigned.

    8. Click Save


Your group booking workshop is now set up.


2. Share the booking page link

You can now share this workshop's booking page link with your customers. The booking page link can be accessed by navigating to Booking Page in the menu bar and selecting the Service tab, then clicking the Copy option near the respective group booking service.



Note : Be sure to include this link wherever you promote your workshop across channels like social media, email marketing, referral programs, podcasts, and any other relevant platforms. 

Anyone who gets the link can access your booking page and book with you by entering their details.

Once people book your workshop, you can view the details that they entered in the Booking Form. You can add any desired questions in the booking form.



Navigate to Services and select the required service on the left pane. Here, you can view all the information about the group workshop you've created. You can view how many seats have been booked and how many are left under Class Availability.



You're now all set to orchestrate the workshop. Go ahead and try out Zoho Bookings group booking.
