Resume Form Customization - Fields that show on resume list view
I've posted previously that on resume list view, I'd like to be able to change which field display so I can see the information that i need at a glance. I understand that there is no customizable view for that page at this time, so I tried to customize the form and change the name of the field and the dropdown categories within it. Current Job Description field has default dropdown of "fresher, project, team lead etc" and this is the field that shows up on the resume list view. I open up the form
time sheets
I suspect that you can make custom time sheets from the forms/reporting part. Am I correct? Are there any plans for creating canned sheets to save time? And an addional feature would be an integrated schedule--hourly employees could sign on and sign off and then the time sheets would be filled out automatically. Thanks

Zoho People Interview Emails
I am running into two bugs: When I send an email and select save as template, I enter the template name. However, when I go to send another email, there are no templates available. When I use the variables within the interview email form the variables (${Candidate name}, ${Level1: InterviewDate}, or ${Level1: InterviewVenue}) are showing up in the email instead of the pulled information. So ${Candidate name} is showing up as ${Candidate name}, instead of Max Bailey. The variables work when contacting
Hired and terminated employees
HI. How do I get "hired" employees out of the resume list in a job opening? The employee has been hired and then terminated. He still shows in the resume list under the job opening as "joined" although I've made his status "terminated" in his employee record. I've also tried making a new job opening "bucket" and moving him to an inactive folder but zoho wont let me move his resume. Any suggestions? Thanks, Jackie
"shortlist" relationship on job opening associated resumes list
How are the states “shortlist” “waiting for evaluation” and “being evaluated” related, and what actions you take to move candidates between those states. it’s totally confusing, and we don’t know how to navigate through these states. How do we move a candidate to "shortlist" from the job opening resume list after their resume as been associated with a job opening? We'd like to use the feature as a way to distinguish favorites.

How do I customize the resume data list screen (summary of candidate data) to show different fields than what are currently there? For example I can see Name, email address, current job description etc..but I want to add different fields to view in the snapshot.

Self Service: How do employees edit their own data?
Hello, I checked the permission settings to make sure that Team Members should be able to edit their own Employee form. But when team members log into the self service area, there is no way for them to edit the form. How can they edit their own form (such as emergency contact information)? Thanks, Julian

Hi, It's possible to a candidate update is resume? For instance if some one, during a recruitment process, have a new formation that believe that is important to be on is resume submitted to the job openning , how can he update is data inserted on the first submission? if that is not possible to do in zoho people, can we build anything to make this task? Open Resumes with Zoho
Instead of downloading and viewing resumes in word every time, it would be nice to have the OPTION to open them in Zoho Writter directly by clicking on the link. I bolded option, as I think that it should be a preferential setting.

Job Applications
It seems when someone applies for a job through the embedded iframe for a particular job opening the applicant is not automatically being associated with the job opening. Instead the resume appears in "Resume --> List" and I have to manually associate them with a particular position without actually knowing what position they applied for. I would like to be able to browse resumes under the specific job opening and then mark as qualified or unqualified.
Detailed Embedded Job Openings
I like having the ability to dictate what appears as part of the table when displaying all of the available jobs. However, I noticed when a applicant clicks on the Posting title to find out more about the job opening, the page simply restates what was displayed in the initial table. I would like the ability to have selected details visible when viewing the list of available positions and then the full list of details available to the applicant when the click on the Posting title. Error when using numbers in custom forms
I have created a custom form to let employees book their worked hours. For the hours I have added a number field. When I create a record with decimal hours (e.g. 5.50) the number will completely disappear on saving! :(
Wrong date format in custom form
I have created a custom form with a date field in it. In my company settings the date format is set to dd-mm-yyyy. However the date field in my custom form is with format mm-dd-yyyy. :(

It would be nice if the post in website would automatically update your job postings on the website, instead of having to regenerate the code every time a job posting is added or removed.

Web to lead form charset is broken for Russian
Please, help......... I've implemented web to lead form on my site but russian letters are broken. I changed charset to cp-1251, windows-1251, utf-8, but nothing changed. I used to use Sales Force web to lead form. They have additional parameter for form action url <?encoding=windows-1251> SF: <form action=".........salesforce.com/servlet/servlet.WebToLead?encoding=windows-1251" method="POST"> ZOHO: <form action='.......crm.zoho.com/crm/WebToLead' method='POST'> What should I do.............???????

Is it possible just to put a login prompt on a separate website that will direct the user to just the people module without access to the other zoho applications?
Couple Feature Requests
Here's a couple features I'd like to see added. When someone is viewing an open position, I would like to see an apply for this position link right in the job listing itself instead of them having to return to the main list. Also, when they click the link, from either the main page or inside the job listing, that the job id automatically be filled in to that particular job id. When editing a form, I'd like to see a place where just a sentence or 2 can be placed on the form. Such as a longer description
Error when inserting a new resume
I am using the iframe code for inserting the resume form into my website (). However some of my users (ie those submitting their resumes for a job) are encountering errors when they do so. No record of their submission is found in the back office even if they get a successful message displayed. Has anyone encountered this? Is it because I have added a field where they can upload their cv document? Justyn

avoid invitation emails
Hello, I think I'm ready for using Zoho People. However, I don't want the employees to be invited when I create them. Initially I just need to allow access to a few people from management. I thought about using a dummy email when creating a new employee and then just use a text field for the actual email address. Problem is, that email is a required field and it has to be unique!
