Import Bugs into Bug Tracker
We have used another third party program for many years to track bugs. I would like to import into Zoho Projects our "open" bugs from the other system. I don't see a way to import??

Problem with Projects API and get projects
Hi, I have a problem with rest api. I want to get projects calling api and this worked good weeks ago, but now it don’t work. If I use Postman, it work good and I get all projects, but when I use my vb.net code it say “Error in remote server: (403) Forbidden” I tried with Authtoken and with oauth2 but the result is the same. Hi, I need to verify the role of the user connected (by OAuth2) to my third party app , but I don't which URL to poke to obtain that. I know I can get all users with : https://projects.zoho.com/restapi/portal/<redacted>/projects/<redacted>/users/ But what URL would give me ONLY the information of the connected user?
Log activities / hours spent on a project
We are a consulting company and will use PROJECTS to log the hour spent by our consultant on each project. It seems that i have to select a project and be in the project to log my activities / hours. I can't log it from one page by selecting the different project I work on. This is an issue as our consultants can simultanely work on 10-20 project so it is really time consuming. Is there a solution for that ? Thank you

Custom Field Restrictions & Character Counts
Why are there restrictions on how many custom fields that can be added to tasks, projects, and issues? It forces companies to limit the amount of data recorded which is not an accurate representation of business reporting.
Feature Request: Airtable Integration
I am currently in a trial with a few Zoho projects and I love how it work. I will probably even get Zoho One for my team because I need most of your Apps. Make projects more user friendly
Zoho Projects team, You've got a great product here, but it is also VERY backwards. The way this software is set up is not the natural way. Even your support icons are on the bottom. Please think about it. In a lot of softwares that are EASY to use, where do they put thier support buttons? On the top, people. Your software is missing duplicate template features. This is utterly baffling. with the sheer amount of templates and sheer length of each template means they should be easily duplicated.
Subtask Work Hours Not Reflected in Milestones
I have a Task List related to a milestone. Within that task list, I have subtasks with Work hours associated. When I look at the Milestone view, the work hours from subtasks do not show. In this screen shot, you can see the work hours associated to the "SEO Done" milestone. In this screen shot, you can see the milestone where hours are not displayed: (As an aside, I'm aware of the "roll up" feature for projects; a brief experimentation with that showed NO workhours displayed for tasks for subtasks.
Can I create a new project as I create a new task?
Might be an idea, or just something I can't figure out how to do. As I create a new task, I must assign it to a project. Sometimes, I think of one task first, and it could relate to a new project, but I want to just start with the task that popped into my head, then flesh out the project once I'm on a roll creating tasks. When creating a new task, in the dropdown list for projects, I'd like to choose "Create new project" up the top if the project does not already exist. This means I can keep going

Client uploaded document a week ago. No notification was sent out to me.
I am trying to figure out what I have misconfigured (if anything) in my Zoho Projects portal. A customer uploaded a document into the portal and also made a comment 7 days ago, and I'm just now finding out because it was on my dashboard after logging in. In my Settings -> Personal Preferences -> Notifications section, I literally have everything turned on. Can someone tell me what I'm missing?

If I go to the Projects module from CRM, I am sent to the following portal: http://projects.zoho.com/portal/paperlessenvironmentsprojects I somehow have 2 zoho project portals associated with our account. I think it came from when we were using the trial. I need to delete the one not in use. Is there a way to have a check list for a task? For example: Task List 1 Task A check list item 1 check list item 2 check list item 3 check list item 4 Task B check list item 1 check list item 2 check list item 3 checking off 2 /4 items in Task A would result in Task A being marked 50% complete Is this possible?
Forum Categories do not Delete
When I'm adding a forum there is a "right side panel" that lists "Forum Categories". I have tons of categories for projects that have been trashed and Archived. I am absolutely certain that none of those projects ever had forums. When I delete a category (by clicking on the trash can beside it) the Category goes away but the next time I create another Forum, all the same categories are still there. Please help.

When meeting with clients, I use the Pages section to take notes. It would be great to be able to have a check mark for items we write as "to do" and be able to find them quickly.

I have some projects with owners of people who are no longer in the company, I want to do a mass update to change the owner of the person who left for the new person in charge is there an automatic way of doing this instead of changing everything manually?

Saving Filters (are URL Variables an option?)
When looking at lists (e.g. of projects), I often need to reapply the same filters (e.g. all active projects that are owned by me) many times a day, day after day. It would be ideal if I could save these filters in some way, e.g. by making them the default for me, or even better, i could bookmark them. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like this is possible. Is there any way to save or bookmark filtered lists, e.g. by appending url variables or some other method? Would save me a LOT of time!
Printing invidual Issues
I don't know if I'm the only one that still prints issues... When I used to print individual issues it would have the issue number at the top of the print out (e.g. IUT-292) Recently I noticed that the issue number is now missing from the print out. Was something changed recently?

Why is "(1001) in front of project names in Browser Tabs
I just noticed that there is not a "(1001)" in front of the project name in my Chrome browser tabs. This is very inconvenient because there is a verly limited number of characters available in the tab label and with (1001) in front of the name I can't always tell what project the tab has open...

Not able to fetch log for "Non Billable" tasks through ZOHO API even after passing the input parameter - "bill_status":'All' or "bill_status":'Non Billable'
Using ZOHO Projects API to get the Timesheet data, I can get only log for Billable tasks and not Non Billable tasks even when there are Non Billable tasks logged by the user. params = {"users_list": values, "view_type":'month', "date":'12-01-2018', "bill_status":'All', "component_type":'task'} I have set the bill_status to all but the results are showing only Billable tasks. Please look into this at your earliest possible.
Zoho Notification Emails in Outlook: Show Original Message by Default
When I receive notification emails from Zoho projects, I see what appears to be an auto-generated summary at the top, and a link below that that says "Show Original Message". The information I need is not included in the summary, so I always need to click the link to see the information that is important to me (e.g. I am looking for what the new task status is, number of work hours, etc.). It is annoying to keep having to click this to see the information I need. How can I see the "original message"
