Let’s take a look at the new features and enhancements that went live across all Workplace applications this November.

Zoho Mail

Format comments easily using Slash Commands

With Slash commands, you can easily format text, insert media, and use hotkeys in Streams and the Mail comment section. Simply type / while adding a comment to view and use the available options.

Always display inline images for trusted sender

Tired of manually clicking 'Display image' every time you open an email from a trusted sender? You can now choose the Always display for this sender option to automatically show inline images from specific senders. Once enabled, all future emails from that sender will instantly display their inline images—no extra clicks needed.

Copy and Move tasks within ToDo

You can now use the Copy option to duplicate tasks within the same group or to a new location, and the Move option to move/relocate tasks between locations.

Conversation view now available for Sent Folder

Conversation View is now supported in the Sent folder, allowing you to view the entire email conversation as a single thread.

Revamped Task SLA settings

Manage group tasks and deadlines more effectively with the revamped Task SLA , giving you better control over task timelines.

Scrub emails across all folders

No more deleting emails folder by folder. Remove emails from a specific sender across all folders in a single click using the Scrub option.

Zoho Calendar

Quickly adjust your timezones right from the calendar grid!

You can now update your primary and secondary timezones directly from the calendar grid, making it easier to keep your schedule aligned when traveling or coordinating across regions.

Zoho Cliq

Introducing object-based file search

Look up images and files with specific objects using the fileobject quantifier in your search. This object-based search helps you find the attachment you want from a list of 60 predefined objects, making it easier to locate files in seconds.

Faster multiple file attachment

Copy and paste files directly into the attachment window to add more files instantly.

React with contextual reactions

Respond instantly with contextual reactions provided in the message, making interactions faster from your mobile device.

Zoho Connect

Engage with teams through live town hall

The Video Town Hall feature enables leaders to interact with their network in real time through live video for announcements and Q&As.

Try the advanced filter options now available on Connect walls

The group and company walls have been enhanced with better filter and sort options, making it easier to find what you need. 

Zoho Show

Introducing Zoho Show Android 3.0

Zoho Show Android 3.0 brings a fresh look, smoother navigation, and tools that make creating slides much easier. You get better teamwork with threaded comments, stronger security with App Lock, and simple editing with Air Views, Air Actions, and the Scribble Eraser. Zoho Trident

Access shared mailboxes

You can now view and access shared mailboxes in Trident, which are configured in the Zoho Mail web app. This enables collaborative email management by allowing multiple team members to access, respond to, and comment on emails, thereby enhancing teamwork and improving customer support efficiency, all while not flooding your individual mailbox. (Available on Mac only.) 

Make Trident your default email app

Set Trident as your default email client and streamline your workflow. Whether it’s .eml files, or mailto links, everything opens directly in Trident, saving time and keeping all email actions consistent and efficient.  (Available on Mac and Windows.) 

Manage meeting permissions for Cliq

The Cliq meeting preview interface has been revamped, enabling hosts to manage participant permissions and add participants, co-hosts, and speakers directly from Trident before the meeting begins. (Available on Mac and Windows.)

Share with Trident

With Trident integrated into your system’s “Share” extension, you can now send contacts, URLs, media, and local files directly into the Mail Composer. (Available on Mac only.) 

Auto-capitalization for sentences

You can now use the auto-capitalize sentences setting to automatically capitalize the first letter of each new sentence, making your writing look more consistent and polished. (Available on Windows.)

Improve email clarity with native spell checker

Previously, you could use the Zia spell checker while composing an email to ensure that your email goes out error-free. With this update you can now access the Windows native spell checker to spot errors in your spelling and even suggesting replacements.  (Available on Windows.)

Work with PST files more efficiently

You can now do more than just view mounted PST files. You can reply, reply to all, forward, or even edit them as new emails. This gives you greater flexibility when working with imported or archived PST files, without needing to leave Trident. (Available on Windows.)

Steer clear of emails with suspicious URLs

A new security warning now highlights emails with unsafe links or suspicious URLs. This alert helps you identify risky messages and decide whether to open them, enhancing your email security and protecting against phishing or malicious content. (Available on Mac and Windows.) 

Meet instantly with Google Meet

You can now create events that include Google Meet links automatically, so you spend less time setting up calls and more time connecting. (Available on Mac and Windows.)

Zoho Vault

Export reports as sheets

Reports can now be exported as Excel (.xlsx) files, enabling organizations to analyze user activities efficiently and support both internal and external audit requirements.

Import from Ulaa and Safari

We've expanded your import options! You can now securely import your passwords and other sensitive data from the Ulaa and Safari browsers directly into Zoho Vault.

Graylog SIEM integration

We’ve expanded our SIEM integration capabilities by adding support for Graylog. This allows you to push audit logs from Zoho Vault to Graylog for centralized security monitoring and incident response.

Preview for file attachments

We’ve added a preview option for files attached to your password entries. This lets you view sensitive documents—such as signed contracts, license files, or screenshots of 2FA recovery codes—quickly and directly within the application, without needing to download them.

1Password PUX import support

Zoho Vault now supports the PUX file format for importing data from 1Password. This update streamlines migration by allowing you to transfer your passwords, documents, and other sensitive information with fewer steps.

Export user group lists as CSV or PDF

We've enhanced user management capabilities by adding the option to export user group lists easily. You can now download a comprehensive list of your configured user groups in both CSV and PDF formats, simplifying auditing and reporting tasks.
