Can't add user
I am paying for 2 email accounts, but I can only add 1. When I was trialing for free, I got 3, so why when you pay do you get less? My super user account should not count as a user because I have no intentions of using any of the email or applications with that super user account. I just want that to administer user accounts. Frustrated.

Not receiving incoming mail
Hi, Verified my domain with CNAME record, enabled mail hosting, mxtoolbox.com confirms MX records are set, yet I am unable to receive mail. The sender does not receive a bounced back message. How do I troubleshoot the problem? Thanks.
Adding a POP3 account, what is a Email ID?

Sending mail using domain email...
I've recently set up my business email account with zoho. I currently can receive emails to (name)@(mydomain).com but when I send them out, they go out from username@zoho.com. Is there a way to send them out from (name)@(mydomain).com? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
can't verify domain. stuck on loading
i just signed up to host my domain email with zoho,but after adding it and clicking Domain in the Control Panel my domain is not listed, the loading animation is stuck there so there is no option to create a verification code. i have tried 5 different browsers with different settings to no avail. The same thing happens. Stuck loading. This is frustrating.

User already exist
I performed some testing today with a new user account. When I finished with the testing, I deleted the user thinking I could simply recreate the same user account. Apparently this was the wrong thing to do. When I try to recreate the user account I get the message "User already exists invitation sent". However, no such invitation is sent. Account Set Up
I am having difficulty setting up my account. No response to support ticket submitted... My email should be mcgeever@derrjones.com. When I opened this account, I used my gmail address because my regular email was not working. The only account showing is mcgeever@zoho.com. Control Panel gives me a message: mcgeever@zoho.com does not have the domain based mail alias.Create and choose a mail alias as default. How do I change from a group to a standard email
I'm trying out the service and initially setup a "Group" with the email "contact@example.com". I decided that I'd rather have this email address be a basic user account so I deleted the Group and added "contact" as a user. The system won't let me associate the "contact@example.com" email address with the individual user account. It says the email already exist, but it doesn't show up under Mail Administration -> Mail Accounts in the Control Panel or anywhere else that I can see it. Is it possible
remove email associated with account
I have a zoho mail account with one business. I'd like to set up a separate account and have zoho invoicing for a different business where the email is hosted with Google Apps. But when I try to set up the new business, zoho says the Google Apps email is already being used. I am guessing that it is in a field somewhere in the first zoho mail setup. Loss primary login
Hi gang does anyone can help me how do i regain access to control panel. I changed the primary email to a new one and when i try to login, ZOHO sent another mail to a new address to confirm the mail address. Now i cannot login to control panel as i lost the access. How do i regain the access?
Change user role - doesn't seem to work?
Hi Zoho people I made a mistake in the creation of my new Lite organization structure. I made an info@-account the admin, but I need the info@ in a groupmail shared by the other accounts and not as the admin, so I'm gonna make another (personal) user the super admin. I go to Controlpanel as the admin user info@, go to User Details (the user list), check the other user, click Role, Admin - and nothing happens. Hi. I now have my new Zoho account set up as <firstname>@zoho.com, with <firstname>@<mydomain> as an alias and as default email. I need also to have <firstname>.<secondname>@<mydomain> configured as an alias, but when I try to add it I get a message that: "Alias EmailID already exists". There is no "Verify" button
The instructions for validating a domain tell me to create a CNAME for my domain and then "After an hour or two, log in to your Zoho Mail Control Panel and click Verify". I have created the CNAME and waited for an hour or so. But I cannot see any "Verify" to click on in the control panel. Help - how do I finish validating my domain? Thanks.

Question regarding domain hosted email
I have a question regarding email hosting. At my web provider I currently use three emails, for example: email1@myhost.com email2@myhost.com email3@myhost.com Since I am a small company, all these emails are answered by me. If I switch my email hosting to zoho, will I have to create three different email addresses in zoho? For example, will I need to create tree separate log ins to access each email address, or will they all forward to my primary account since I am the only current user?

I have just started Zoho Mailhosting for my domain. When adding users, I see a box with the following message: Please note that you can add/import only a maximum of 200 users to your account. To add/import more users please send us a mail with your request to support @ zohomail.com So I have started with 5 users. Now, however, I see a strange message above my email inbox which says this: Free Version: Users limit exceeded. Upgrade to avoid deactivation So, what is the actual number of free users?
Restricting access to location or IP address
I would like to know if there is anyway to set up a restriction to where users in our company can only log in to Zoho CRM or Zoho Business from our office and not from their home? I know we can go into each user and set up the IP restriction but since it's technically their account they can just go in and remove the restriction if they want. I really think there needs to be better administration for the CRM or the business module to where you can set up those restrictions based on the user role.

My e-mail is sending but not receiving.
How to list all members included in all groups?
We are almost 150 users accounts and have created 30 groups, one for each city or major area. We need to verify if all people is in the correct group, exporting all data to an cvs file and not reviewing each group by the control panel webpage. Please help.
Group member does not have access
Hello We have set up a group on our control panel, and added a member to this group. When she logs in to her Zoho Business portal, she can't access the group - even though all the invitations etc. have been OK. Have I missed a step? Thanks.
Invalid Image File
In the Control Panel, there's an option for a Custom Logo. Worked just fine in the CRM. But when I point out a .jpg file with the attributes 40 pixels x 40 pixels, the only useless error message given is "Invalid Image File". Nothing to say why, how to fix, no documents available. Please if anyone found a fix, let me know.
Email bounces
Hello, I had someone on Friday say that they were getting bounce messages when trying to send emails to us. I assumed that the attachment they were trying to send was too large. I have now had someone else get a bounce as well, see below for details. I have checked in the control panel to see the max filesize, to advise people, or to increase it - but can't find this information in the control panel anymore. Can you advise if the bounce below is due to this, or something else? And please let me know
Unable to add a domain
When I try to add a domain, it just keeps loading. FYI, there is an 500 error on https://mail.zoho.com/biz/orguser.do, which must be the problem. Please fix this ASAP.
