When I am setting up a new user, the user does not display in the user details view, rather the profile is showing up in the invitation list. Now if I am creating a new user with an email address for my domain, how are they going to reply to an invitation when they can't even access their email?

Password reset issue - URGENT
I have created an email account for info@veintrain.com.au. Unfortunately I didn't finish the setup process and LastPass has decided to lose the password. Now when I go to reset password it sends a reset link to info@veintrain.com.au - not very useful when I don't have access to this email address. Or rather I didn't until I set up info@veintrain.com.au on Gmail, did all the verification etc and then tried to get Zoho to send a reset password link again. How to get new domain registered through zoho?
I have the standard email hosting through zoho ($24/yr). That option let me registered a new domain through zoho at the time ($10/yr) of the email hosting registration. Since, my standard plan can host multiple domains I would like to buy another $10/yr domain from zoho and host it through my existing standard plan that I have with zoho. I can't find a way to do that. Please leave me with instructions on how to register a new domain through zoho, and how to add that new domain into my existing

Cannot unblock the account
Good day. Our account info @ mint . ae is blocked for exceeding the mailbox limit size. Even after some emails was deleted through Web access and mailbox size is under the limit I still cannot unblock it via admin console as I receive ea message that action is permitted only for paid users. I attempted to refresh the mailbox size and activate it via Troubleshoot menu, but it haven't helped either. Best regards.

Hi I had some problems with all emails registered in my account, so i deactivate them. Today, i activate them again, however they are not received email. I have decided to try out ZOHO services for 2 weeks before I upgrade to a premium account. I have connected everything on My Go Daddy DNS manager to verify my email except for one thing SPF. I have followed Zoho detailed steps on how to add the right TX, HOST and TXT VALUE. Everything is programmed in my Go Daddy DNS Server, but the SPF is still not verified??? Please help !

However, once I click on verify, an error message says "Sorry, Bayyna is currently unavailable".
