IMPORT: Unable to process
After the IMPORT (migration from another Internet Providerof the existing mailboxes) 20% of the messages have not been imported. Yesterday I created a Zoho account and added my own domain (http://ihd-fs.co.il). However, I tried today config user on it but no successful. I've recreated my account and I am now unable to add my own domain again to Zoho Mail. I got a free zoho business email for my domain obtained through GoDaddy. I signed up to Zoho via Facebook which created another Godaddy account. I could not verify the domain name because it did not exist in the new Godaddy account and have since deactivated that account and deleted the association with facebook. I think I also deleted the "business" from Zoho but my website is still unavailable. Can you help me please?

Hi I am trying to forward all my incoming mails to the address my10digitphonenumber@tmomail.net to receive them as SMS or MMS. According Tmobile phone carrier it must work and I know my friends are using this service. I set up the forwarding and interestingly I receive forwarded mails EVEN BEFORE I verify my forwarding but I did not receive Verification email yet. I deleted Forwarding and set it up again but same story. Thank you

Good morning, 2 days ago i was created an admin account with www.spica.solutions domains, after that, 18 accounts was created over that admin, on next 24 hours, all my accounts drops the same status "inactive account", i cant do anything cause the admin account its blocked. I've been try to create another account with the same domain and the systems says that, this domains is registrared already. So i dont know how can i fix this problem, i really need your help to fix that problem and startup again
Can't access email app, because I am prompted to enter another phone number
I have already saved a phone number in my account, and verified it, but whenever I try to access the email app, I am prompted to enter a phone number. And when I enter my phone number, it tells me I'm already using that phone number. As a result, there is no way to access the email app without entering a second phone number.
Unable to change "Send Mail As" settings
I have a "send mail as" account which I am unable to change the settings within, and I'm also unable to delete this from address in an attempt to recreate it. I click on the edit icon to change some send settings (from TLS to SSL). I make the changes, click Update, and I get notified that the changes were saved, but when I go back in to edit, the change was never updated. If I try to delete the From account, the message states "unable to delete". Please help!

How can I set Dual Email Delivery without changing our MX records on a CentOS WHM/cPanel server? I read the info at https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/configure-dual-delivery.html#alink1 but I can't see any option for WHM/cPanel neither can I see any options at "Configure Email Delivery" in my zoho mail control panel regarding dual delivery. Can't create account - says account already created
I am trying to set up a new users for myself in Zoho and when I try to do so it say account already exists. But it doesn't. I created the original account with for example info@mydomain.com but entered my actual name under first and last name. Now I'm trying to make an account for my first name but it won't let me. I went back in to the info@ account and changed the name associated with it thinking this would work but it was a no go. How do I fix it? I can't even delete info@mydomain.com now. Frustrating
