Well, it's been more than two weeks I am asking Zoho to resolve a serious issue. I have initiated several tickets on it. After initiating a ticket they reply on it after a few days, and after 2/3 replies they completely disappear. I wonder they have an official practice of closing tickets without resolving them. My question to other FREE Zoho users, am I the only user facing the issue or it is a common scenario here? I already have setup my enter business with Zoho, and planned to upgrade to paid

Hello, My name is Pau. I have a big issue due that my emails are not working anymore... I had a domain vomaclothing.com and I purchased another vomaproject.com and added to Zoho... But while I was trying to make the vomaproject.com the main email and make the vomaclothing.com the alias of the main one everything stopped working. Hi Zoho team, Out email account 'sanjoy@buzzads.in' got blocked due to exceeded space. However, the user has deleted unwanted emails and now this user's storage usage is only 47%. It requires verification by sending a code to my phone for me to enter in a supplied field. But the conformation code I receive (as a text) seems corrupted. There's no code in the text message. I removed my previous domain and added a new one. While going through Domain Setup, immediately after domain verification, I am asked to choose an email username, but then I get this error "Unable to add Alias Address" Please help.
new user sent to invite list
When creating new users all worked out fine except for one account which is added to the invite list instead of the account being added. I deleted the invite and attempted to re-create the user multiple times to no avail, finally I decided since I still havent migrated the emails or change the mx records I would just have the user accept the invitation and join that way but that doesnt work either since the user is asked to enter the current password and when he does a warning pops up of an invalid

when i try to add the user migueln@greenshieldtech.com instead of creating the user it is sent to the invitation list, i deleted the invite and re-created the user and the same thing happened. Finally I tried logging into the users email from goddady as we have not yet migrated the emails over and when the user clicks on the invite he is asked to enter the password, when entering the password we get notice that the password is incorrect. Please Help

Address bar to read "mail.mydomain.com" after logging-in
Despite creating and using the custom login page , the address bar still does NOT show "mail.mydomain.com" after logging in. It still shows "mail.zoho.com" when in "inbox".
