Can't send/receive mails even after mx records visible at third party tool
Hi, I have configured mx records for my domain(buddycorp.in) as per instructions and verified in the third party website provided. But still not able to send/receive mails on my account. Am able to login to zoho mail with my credentials and compose a new mail to be sent, but not received on other side. When I try to send a mail from other domains, getting message delivery error. Account does not show member of group, but cpanel does?
Hello, In the cpanel, I see a user listed under a group that I've created. If I send email to the group email address, that user receives the email, which makes me think the user is actually a member of that group. However when I log in as that user, the groups section of the their account page says that user is not a member of any groups. How can that be, and which is correct? Thanks, Joe

Tried to register domain and got logged out during domain verification
...now the email addresses I used aren't recognised, so I can't log in, or reset the password, but if I try to start again, I get the message: "* This Domain is not supported or is already registered with Zoho" I've just tried the support line, but was on hold for a long time at position "1" with no answer. DKIM not working
I have configured DKIM - DomainKeys Identified Mail for my domain and made the needed DNS entries. I have verified the sector and set it to default. No other sectors exist. I have then enabled DKIM for the domain.... After a few hours it is still not signing any of the outbound emails. I have also setup domain keys in the org settings section, that key is working properly. I have tried to disable and re-enable DKIM, that did nothing. MIgration from Gmail
Iam not able to migrate a gmail account to ZOHO, it keeps telling user incorrect when i entered the correct details and i tried both pop and imap. Please support. "From" Name does not match Profile name
Hi, I created an account with three separate users and one of them, despite the profile details being correct, still shows up in others' email inbox with my name on it. It is the admin account. Is there some other location where name needs to be changed, in order for the the Reply name on the admin account to match the new user's profile name? Thanks

Hello to support. Today my account was disabled. I'm not making large mailings from my account. I just use it more to receive emails from services and other users. Also, this account is used just by me ans nobody other. So, this block (as I think is accidental). I suspect that it was blocked because of the next reason. Stuck in a loop after domain verification...
After domain verification I try to create the first mail account on the domain. It get a message that says loading, but it never progresses. If I close the browser and try again the process starts at domain verification again. Can't go to the Control Panel either because it takes me back to domain verification.
