This is a nightmare, Im trying to delete my account completly? I go to close the account and it says i must delete from "business first" and link me back to the main zoho screen. Hi, when i add user info@skirental.si user is not added and invitation is sent to this email address. User with email address does not exist in user list. This is big issue for us because mail address is published on most of the publications and advertising.
Gmail Gives An Error When I Try to Add Alias Email
My main email address with Zoho is working in Gmail - I can fetch and send in the Gmail client with POP setup. However, I cannot add an alias email in Gmail. Trouble embedding Zoho Mail in to wordpress
I've had a look for topics on this, but can only find people trying to embed other Zoho apps like calendars, forums or reports. Is embedding the Mail web interface in to other sites supported? I've installed the plugin to enable iframe tags on my Wordpress site and can embed Zoho Mail in an iframe, but it's almost non-interactive. I can switch folders and right click for menus, but can't view emails or select anything on the right click menu, and any email I select stops showing as bold (unread)
Domain in another lost account
Hi, So I wanted to use my domain with Zoho Mail instead of Google Apps like I do right now. But I found out it was already registered. I restored the account attached to my email address but it seems there must have been another account. I am unable to delete a group email
I created a group but after deleting the group it continues to show up as a group in certain places even when it no longer exists. When I go to remove it from the user it is still "stuck to" it tells me "You are not authorized to perform this operation ". Additionally I cannot use the email it was created under as it still thinks its there somehow. I want to re-use the email extension the group was under for something else. Is there some way to remove this phantom group?
Unable to create an email account
I have setup a new user account but got an "Internal Error Occurs" and the associated email account was not created. I have tried to create the email account numerous times but keep getting the same error. I even deleted the new user account completely and set it up again but the problem persists. I setup another new user just a few days ago and that one worked perfectly.

Unable to migrate mail from Outlook.com
Hi I'm trying to migrate three accounts from Outlook.com. One has worked just fine and pulled everything over from Outlook via the pop3.live.com. The other two produce this error: Authentication details provided was rejected by Source server. Kindly provide valid username and password. Hi, Something has gone through my mailbox and collected all email addesses in emails sent to me. I have received a lot of backscatter indicating that emails have been sent with fake from/reply address to all the collected email addresses. These emails as I say have a fake reply as my email address and have been sent via other SMTP servers not Zoho as headers indicate and also nothing in sent items on mail account.
